Pose accuracy is an important issue for parallel robot being used as mirror supporting system of telescope. One challenging topic is the accuracy synthesis which deals with the optimal design of the manufacturing and assembling tolerances of each component under the given pose accuracy. First  the error model of the 3-RPS parallel robot is built based on total derivation of the kinematic equations. And the error variable of each spherical or rotate joint can be expressed as a single boundary error parameter but not three independent position parameters. Then  the accuracy synthesis model is formulated taking the manufacturing costs as the optimization objective and the accuracy requirements as the constraint condition. Finally  the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem and a simulation example is given. The results show that the accuracy synthesis method based on manufacturing costs can satisfy the need of pose accuracy and is better for engineering application than the method based on error sensitivity. 2012 Chinese Assoc of Automati.

A method to find the optimized parameter values of passive dynamic walking biped is presented. The effects of biped physical parameters on the stability property of passive gaits are studied by simulation experiments. The chosen parameters include the mass distribution  length of leg and slope angle. The stability property of passive walking limit cycles is used as criterion of optimization calculation  including the orbital stability described by eigen-values of linearized Poincare map and the global property described by size of attraction region. The simulation results show how the stability of limit cycle varies when physical parameters of the passive biped change. The work is useful to explore the inherent property of passive dynamic walking and can be used as an important instruction in the mechanical design of biped robots based on principle of passive dynamic walking. With finite element analysis software Moldflow  numerical simulation and studies about FM truck roof handle were conducted on gas-assisted injection molding process. The influences of melt pre-injection shot  gas pressure  delay time and melt temperature were observed by using multi-factor orthogonal experimental method. According to the analysis of the factors' impact on evaluation index  the optimized parameter combination is obtained. Therefore the optimization design of technological parameters is done. The results show that during the gas-assisted injection molding  optimum pre-injection shot is 94%  gas pressure is 15MPa  delay time is 0.5s  melt temperature is 240 C. This study provided a more practical approach for the gas-assisted injection molding process optimization.

Autopilot is an important part of aircraft  Under the action of the disturbance torque  for the flight parameters of aircraft Changing in a wide range  the range was about 16km  on the basic of analyzing the typical trajectory  the max height was about 5100m  the trajectory of feature points were selected  the deviation of lateral was about 12m  taking pitch control loop for example  the maximum angle of attack was about 3.6  a sub- PID autopilot was designed using classical control theory  the maximum elevator deflection was less than 5  using single-mode Transient suppression method  the maximum aileron deflection was less than 2  the overload due to control surface transition deflection was avoided when control parameters changing  the maximum roll was less than 5  the verification was done by non-linear simulation. The result showed that: the phase margin of autopilot was greater than 30  the response of overload can accurately track the given overload instruction. An autopilot design method of aircraft of parameter changes in a wide range was provided. 2011 IEEE.  the bandwidth was more than 14rad / s  the settling time was less than 0.7s  the maximum overshoot was 23.3%

The thin-walled baffle design of the space-based camera is an important job in the lightweight space camera research task for its stringent quality requirement and harsh mechanical environment especially for the thin-walled baffle of the carbon fiber design. In the paper  an especially thin-walled baffle of the carbon fiber design process was described and it is sound significant during the other thin-walled baffle design of the space camera. The designer obtained the design margin of the thin-walled baffle that structural stiffness and strength can tolerated belong to its development requirements through the appropriate use of the finite element analysis of the walled parameters influence sensitivity to its structural stiffness and strength. And the designer can determine the better optimization criterion of thin-walled baffle during the geometric parameter optimization process in such guiding principle. It sounds significant during the optimum design of the thin-walled baffle of the space camera. For structural stiffness and strength of the carbon fibers structure which can been designed  the effect of the optimization will be more remarkable though the optional design of the parameters chose. Combination of manufacture process and design requirements the paper completed the thin-walled baffle structure scheme selection and optimized the specific carbon fiber fabrication technology though the FEM optimization  and the processing cost and process cycle are retrenchment/saved effectively in the method. Meanwhile  the weight of the thin-walled baffle reduced significantly in meet the design requirements under the premise of the structure. The engineering prediction had been adopted  and the related result shows that the thin-walled baffle satisfied the space-based camera engineering practical needs very well  its quality reduced about 20%  the final assessment index of the thin-walled baffle were superior to the overall design requirements significantly. The design method is reasonable and efficient to the other thin-walled baffle that mass and work environment requirement is requirement harsh. 2011 SPIE.

Aircraft simulation platform is the most important supporting technology in the aircraft development process. This simulation platform can be used for validating the design of subsystem and also it provides the necessary data for the Aircraft design. Wind has great impact on the flight parameter. In order to accurately simulate the wind model and calculate the flight parameters  a simulation modeling method for flight parameter simulation platform under wind field environment is established. Firstly  the various sub-systems which affecting flight parameters are analyzed  some mathematical models of the flight parameter simulation platform is established. Secondly  the atmospheric wind field is studied to analyze the impact on its trajectory. Then the model is built in the Simulink toolbox in the Matlab which is based on the principles of hierarchy and modularity  using C MEX S-function for the complex kinetic equations. Finally  when the models have been established  encapsulating models for several subsystem and assembling them for the Aircraft simulation platform based on the unified interface. The simulation tests (including the performance test of a certain gliding Aircraft  the wind influence test of a certain uncontrolled aircraft) prove the simulation capability of the platform  and its calculating step can reach 1 ms. Comparing simulation with field test data of a certain uncontrolled aircraft  it shows that the relative deviation of range is 0.47%  the relative deviation of maximal altitude is 2.1%. Taking relevant standards as a reference standard  it is demonstrated the platform is reliable  meets the engineering accuracy requirements. 2010 IEEE.

In order to reduce the size and weight of the gimbal in a traditional stable platform and correct the disadvantage in size of the payload  the paper first improves the gimbal which is an important component of a stable photoelectric platform  that also is an important factor in affecting the size and weight of a stability platform. In this paper  a closed-form solution of 3-DOF manipulator is designed according mechanical arm design principles. This manipulator is formed by a three joint axes whose extended line is intersected at one point. A standard orthogonal coordinate system is set up for each rod in the manipulator. And then  rotation transformation matrix expression is obtained. At last in this paper  the manipulator arm-shaped method for solving solutions is description  and also  each parameter of the gimbal is calculated when the photoelectric detection devices at bottom reach the expected position. Test results show that the photoelectric stability platform with gimbal we designed is smaller  lighter and simpler than that traditional. Also  the packaging and size of the photoelectric will not be affected with this open structure. 2010 IEEE.
