抗生素近海前处理技术综述 antibiotics coastal pretreatment techniques review The widespread and massive usage of antibiotics for the prevention and treatment of diseases in human and animals have resulted in their continuous discharge into the environment, and finally, into the coastal environment through various pathways. Accumulation of antibiotics in aquatic organisms poses a great threat to ecological and human health, especially because it facilitates the generation and spread of bacterial resistance. Given the diverse range of antibiotics with various features, as well as their presence at low concentrations in the environment, it is imperative to develop pretreatment techniques for antibiotics in various matrices. In this paper, the pretreatment methods proposed in recent decades for antibiotics in coastal water, sediment, and biota are summarized, with emphasis on commonly used methods such as solid-phase extraction, solid-liquid extraction, matrix solid-phase dispersion, and QuEChERS. Additionally, the potential factors influencing the extraction performance and clean-up efficiency are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods and their development are finally discussed.

Gamma-ray bursts Soft gamma-ray repeaters Magnetars Gamma-ray transient sources 629 1441 992 1853 Astrophysics - High Energy Astrophysical Phenomena Abstract: The giant flares of soft gamma-ray repeaters (SGRs) have long been proposed to contribute to at least a subsample of the observed short gamma-ray bursts (GRBs). In this paper, we perform a comprehensive analysis of the high-energy data of the recent bright short GRB 200415A, which was located close to the Sculptor galaxy. Our results suggest that a magnetar giant flare provides the most natural explanation for most observational properties of GRB 200415A, including its location, temporal and spectral features, energy, statistical correlations, and high-energy emissions. On the other hand, the compact star merger GRB model is found to have difficulty reproducing such an event in a nearby distance. Future detections and follow-up observations of similar events are essential to firmly establish the connection between SGR giant flares and a subsample of nearby short GRBs.

In this work micelles are formed by gradient copolymer of styrene and methyl methacrylate in acetone-water mixture and their temperature responsiveness is investigated in a narrow range near room temperature. Three different kinds of structural transitions could be induced by temperature: unimers to micelle transition shrinkage/stretching of micelles and morphological transition from spherical micelles to vesicles. In addition a model analysis on the interface of gradient copolymer micelle is made to better understand these phenomena. It is found that both position and composition of the interface could alter in response to the change in temperature. According to the experiments and model analysis it is proposed that temperature responsiveness might be an intrinsic and universal property of gradient copolymer micelles which only originates from the gradient structure.

For the problem on the deviation of actual measurement values between different network positions of visual measurement network system so present the weighted data fusion algorithm. To distribute the weight coefficients according to the stability of eigenvector and fuse the coordinates finally get the ultimate expression of fusion estimate. The experiment results present the maximum absolute tolerance of the fusion results is 0.039mm via the weighted data fusion algorithm the maximum one via traditional data fusion algorithm of the center of point set is 0.056mm Repeatedly measure 50 times compared with the traditional algorithm proposed weighted data fusion algorithm has much better precision and better stability. With data quantity increasing dramatically and signal transmission period becoming more and more fast the media access control delay has proved to be one of the main influence factors of CAN network real-time. Firstly an equivalent numerical simulation model of CAN bus network is built to derivate the mathematical expression of media access control delay. Secondly optimization measures are further proposed to improve the data communication real-time. At last the optimization measures tested by experiments are proved to be correct and effective. The 3D coordinates of measured point is embodied in 2D image coordinate of the optical characteristic point via the visual measurement system. Based on the gray square weighted centroid localization algorithm the paper presents bicubic interpolation gray square weighted centroid localization algorithm increases the number of effective pixels around the optical characteristic point imaging center and reduces noise error via the gray square weighted improves the imaging center location accuracy of optical characteristic point realizes the accurate location of the optical characteristic points. Results indicate application of the proposed algorithm to location the standard tolerance along the direction of x is 0.0022 Pixel the standard tolerance along the direction of y is 0.0023 Pixel compared with the others the standard tolerance is minimum and discrete to a lesser degree distancing ideal image point that is the proposed algorithm has higher location accuracy. The maximum tolerance along the direction of x is 0.008 Pixel the one along the direction of y is 0.007 Pixel compared with the other two algorithms the maximum tolerance is minimum.Results indicate that the stability of the proposed algorithm is better. Simulation test system of CCD signal processor based on FPGA is proposed. Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is applied as control processing core and used in the aerospace upgrade screening of industrial grade signal processor. The system functional composition and working principle were introduced in detail. Actually evaluation and testing system was completed with integrating the forty signal processor in a single board. The system has been successfully applied in the dynamic build-in screening test of industrial grade signal processor XRD98L63 the system work stably and reliability. Test result is zero on the nonconforming product rate satisfying the qualification that single batch screening nonconforming rate is less than 5% build-in screening of industrial grade components for the space load applications is implemented.
