Optical camera is a high-precision optical instrument  and the optical lens must be always stable under various environments  so the structural materials of optical camera should have good stability and machining performance characteristics. Generally  the weight of the camera increases with the increasing size of optical camera aperture. The application of carbon fibre reinforced plastic(CFRP) in optical camera can help to improve the situation and meet the requirements of large volume and light weight. In this paper  the properties of several kind of materials used in camera structure were compared  the advantages of CFRP used in optical camera were analyzed  the CFRP application profiles of domestic and international were introduced  and the reason of gap was pointed out. There is a conclusion that CFRP will be widely used in the optical camera in China. 2012 IEEE.

A set of ZnO films of different thickness have been deposited on sapphire substrates using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) by varying the growth time and the effect of film thickness on the structural  electrical and optical properties have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the (002) diffraction peak is decreased as the film thickness increasing  and the stress along c-axis is stable. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurement shows that the grains become more uniform as the film grows thicker and the film surface present distinct hexagon shape as the film is grown up to a thickness of 500nm. The optical absorbance  Hall mobility and photoluminescence (PL) intensity are increased in accordance with the thickness of the film. (2011) Trans Tech Publications  Switzerland.

A review of high-speed flow pressure and aerodynamic heating effect on Supersonic missile's dome is given. The dome should have excellent properties in optical  mechanical and chemical characteristics. A design of dome on supersonic mode is described according to tactical guide line of a missile. The dome made of quartz which is about 8mm thick and 141mm in window diameter. To check up the reliability of the dome  a reasonable finite element model (FEM) of dome is established  and a thermal-mechanical Analysis to the dome by finite element software NASTRAN has carried on  through these can obtained the distribution of temperature field and stress field when the speed is 2.3Ma. The results indicated that the stress was concentrated in the joint of the dome end and the Missile Section  and the maximum stress was 16.4Mpa. The stress of other nodes was smaller than the allowable stress of quartz glass. Reference to the results of the analysis  a lightweight revision to the dome structural dimension and a new method of dome fixing have put forward  which can reduce the stress concentration. 2009 SPIE.

We have studied the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films prepared by thermal oxidation of ZnS films deposited by plasma assisted electron-beam evaporation on Si(1 0 0) substrates. The transformation from zinc blende ZnS to hexagonal wurtzite ZnO is confirmed by Raman and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement. For the sample thermally oxidized at 600 C for 2 h  a novel UV emission peak Ix located at 3.22 eV (385 nm) has been observed. The temperature-dependent photoluminescence spectra show that the integrated intensity of Ix increases exponentially with increasing temperatures within the measuring temperature range  from 80 to 300 K  but the peak position remains nearly constant. We explain this behavior in terms of electron tunneling into the radiative recombination centers.  
Vacuum annealing effects on properties of ITO films prepared by reactive low voltage ion plating technique (EI CONFERENCE) 会议论文  OAI收割

With reactive low voltage ion plating technique  ITO (indium oxide doped with tin) films were deposited on glass substrates by using ITO pellet with a composition of 90 wt.% In2O3 and 10 wt.% SnO2 without extra heating. The post annealing process was done in vacuum with different annealing temperature at 100  200  300 and 400C for 2 hours  respectively. The effects of vacuum annealing on structural  optical and electrical properties of the ITO film deposited by RLVIP were studied in detail. The results showed that the crystalline of the film was improved with the higher temperature. The increase of the annealing temperature improved the infrared reflectivity from 30% to 80% over 8-14m of the infrared atmosphere window  and a simultaneous variation in the optical transmission of the visible spectral region occurred. In addition  sheet resistance of ITO films had contrary changing trend with the IR reflectance  as well.
