The new method has been proposed based on the comparison and analysis of the traditional methods for measuring rotating speed. It can guarantee real-time property with radial gratings at measuring low speed. It is clearly explained that the fundamental principle for measuring rotating speed and characters of the method and presented the constitution of the system hardware and the process flows. Laser pulse code is an anti-jamming measures used in semi-active laser guided weapons. On account of the laser-guided signals adopting pulse coding mode and the weak signal processing
it need complex calculations in the frequency measurement process according to the laser pulse code signal time correlation to meet the request in optoelectronic countermeasures in semi-active laser guided weapons. To ensure accurately completing frequency measurement in a short time
it needed to carry out self-related process with the pulse arrival time series composed of pulse arrival time
calculate the signal repetition period
and then identify the letter type to achieve signal decoding from determining the time value
number and rank number in a signal cycle by Using CPLD and DSP for signal processing chip
designing a laser-guided signal frequency measurement in the pulse frequency measurement device
improving the signal processing capability through the appropriate software algorithms. In this article
we introduced the principle of frequency measurement of the device
described the hardware components of the device
the system works and software
analyzed the impact of some system factors on the accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results indicated that this system improve the accuracy of the measurement under the premise of volume

With the development of aerospace remote sensing technology
the ground resolution of remote sensing camera enhances continuously. Since there is relative motion between camera and ground target when taking pictures
the target image recorded in recording media is moved and blurred. In order to enhance the imaging quality and resolution of the camera
the image motion had to be compensated. In order to abate the effect of image motion to image quality of space camera and improve the resolution of the camera
the compensation method of image motion to space camera is researched. First
the reason of producing drift angle and adjustment principle are analyzed in this paper. This paper introduce the composition and transmission principle of image motion compensation mechanism. Second
the system adopts 80C31 as controller of drift angle
and adopts stepping motor for actuators
and adopts absolute photoelectric encoder as the drift Angle measuring element. Then the control mathematical model of the image motion compensation mechanism are deduced
and it achieve the closed-loop control of the drift angle position. At the last
this paper analyses the transmission precision of the mechanism. Through the experiment
we measured the actual precision of the image motion compensation mechanism
and compared with the theoretical analysis. There are two major contributions in this paper. First
the traditional image motion compensation mechanism is big volume and quality heavy. This has not fit for the development trend of space camera miniaturization and lightweight. But if reduce the volume and quality of mechanism
it will bring adverse effects for the precision and stiffness of mechanism. For this problem

To satisfy the requirement of encoder miniaturization
high dependability
and high measuring accuracy
a new-style vernier absolute type encoder which offered significant advantages over less reticling circles and high precision was presented in the paper
which carried out the design of vernier encoding disc
the analysis of new-style vernier encoding principle
and exact encoding track calibration by studying the photoelectric encoder. The Matlab simulation results prove that the encoding and coding methods are feasible. The test showed that the cubage of encoder was quite small and the diameter of the encoder can be controlled within 100mm
its resolution can reach 24 bits i.e. 0.0772. The feasibility of encoding and coding method was further proved. 2011 IEEE.

Measuring the movement of raster by the method of moire fringe has the advantage of high sensitivity
high resolution and non-contacted measurement. The characteristic of moire fringe is that the image is white alternate with black
the angle of the stripes is uniform
the width of the stripes is uniform
the terminators of the stripes aren't clear. A fast method that can figure out the width and angle of the moire fringe precisely is put forward in this paper. It calculates the angle the stripes firstly. According to the principle of the minimum mean squared error (MMSE)
the closer a series of data is
the smaller the value of the MMSE will be. The method is described as follows: It takes the image's center as the origin
180 beelines pass through the origin with the same angle interval. it calculates the value of the minimum mean squared error of the 180 beelines and find out the least one among those
then the angle of the moire fringe comes out primarily. In order to improving the calculating precision of moire fringe
60 equal angles are divided in the neighborhood of the angle
then a precise angle of moire fringe is calculated according to the principle of the MMSE. After getting out the angle of the moire fringe
we begin to calculate the width of moire fringe. A line vertical with the moire fringe is drawn
and we can get the width of the moire fringe by the vertical line. In order to get over the influence of the noise
an effective area with the shape of diamond is selected in the image. The data of area is accumulated and projected according to the direction of moire fringe
and a sine curve come out. The width of moire fringe can be obtained by getting the position of the first wave crest
the position of the last wave crest and the number of wave crest. Experiments prove that the precision of the method put forward in this paper is enhanced in comparison with the traditional frequency method
the precision of width calculation achieves to 99.6% according to the evaluation indicators of width detection error. The computing speed is boosted largely compared with traditional method
and it can achieve with 15 ms

Based on the kinematics of semi-strapdown seeker
the framework coordinate of the seeker is established. The optical axis stability equation of semi-strapdown seeker is deduced by using attitude transformation matrix. Then
the stability control principle block diagram of semi-strapdown seeker is shown based on the stability equation. The main factors that influence the stabilization precision are pointed out
such as friction disturbance
velocity-measuring noise and missile disturbance. In order to improve the stabilization precision
disturbance observer was proposed in semi-strapdown seeker stability control. The low frequency external disturbance and high frequency velocity measurement noise are effectively restrained by the disturbance observer as shown in hardware-in-loop simulation
and optical axis stabilization precision is improved nearly 20 times and 5 times due to two different frequencies with same amplitude. 2011 IEEE.

In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the visible light phase-shifting point diffraction interferometer (PS/PDI) for the extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) aspheric mirrors
the main measuring errors will be discussed in this paper. At first
the elementary configuration and measuring principle of the visible light phase-shifting point diffraction interferometer are introduced briefly
then the different errors which are possible to affect the measuring result are summed up
the errors include PZT phase-shifting error
detector nonlinearity error
detector quantization error
wavelength instability error and intensity instability error of the laser source
vibration error
air refractivity instability error and so on. Through detailed analysis and simulation
the magnitude of these errors can be obtained. By analysing the reasons which cause these errors and the relationship between these errors and interferometer configuration parameters
some methods are put forward to avoid or restrain these errors accordingly.

A new optical structure of measuring lead screw with dual-frequency laser interferometer is proposed
and a formula used quickly correcting Abbe error is deduced in this paper. In the process of testing lead screw
Abbe error in the measured data can be real time compensated
so that the measurement system which doesn't meet Abbe principle can achieve high measurement accuracy. In addition
this method can also eliminate measurement error induced by axial movement of the measured lead screw. The experimental result shows that of the maximum residual error is only 0.48m within 300mm stroke after the maximum Abbe error 1.39m is corrected. This method effectively improves the measurement accuracy of lead screw. 2010 IEEE.

A novel method for small roll angle measurement based on auto-collimation and moire fringe is presented. A right-angle prism is used as an indicator of small roll angle around the optical axis
and a CCD is used to collect moire fringes that are generated by scale grating image which is reflected by prism and index grating. Any small roll angle of the prism will change the include angle of the grating pair and meanwhile induce a change in the moire fringe period. The relationship between roll angle and period of moire fringes is established. The period data is obtained by image processing. The experimental result certifies that the principle of small angle measurement method based on auto-collimation and moire fringe is correct and feasible. The measuring error is smaller than 0.2 within 7 range compared with 0.2 autocollimator. 2009 SPIE.
