The paper presents a simple and fast approach for moving object segmentation based on H.264 compressed domain information for the application of indoor video surveillance with static camera. Due to the characteristics of indoor video surveillance
the proposed method of segmentation avoids complicated background model like Gaussian Mixture background model. On the contrary
it chooses some simple information like the type of Macroblock
etc.. Experimental results of several specific H.264 compressed video sequences demonstrate the good segmentation quality of the proposed approach. 2012 IEEE.

Drift angle is a transverse intersection angle of vector of image motion of the space camera. Adjusting the angle could reduce the influence on image quality. Ultrasonic motor (USM) is a new type of actuator using ultrasonic wave stimulated by piezoelectric ceramics. They have many advantages in comparison with conventional electromagnetic motors. In this paper
some improvement was designed for control system of drift adjusting mechanism. Based on ultrasonic motor T-60 was designed the drift adjusting system
which is composed of the drift adjusting mechanical frame
the ultrasonic motor
the driver of Ultrasonic Motor
the photoelectric encoder and the drift adjusting controller. The TMS320F28335 DSP was adopted as the calculation and control processor
photoelectric encoder was used as sensor of position closed loop system and the voltage driving circuit designed as generator of ultrasonic wave. It was built the mathematic model of drive circuit of the ultrasonic motor T-60 using matlab modules. In order to verify the validity of the drift adjusting system
was introduced the source of the disturbance
and made simulation analysis. It designed the control systems of motor drive for drift adjusting system with the improved PID control. The drift angle adjusting system has such advantages as the small space

In order to predict the cost
a model of cost prediction was set up based on adaptive hierarchical genetic algorithm and RBF neural network. Hierarchical genetic algorithm could optimize the topology and the parameters simultaneously. Compared with simple genetic algorithm
it has more efficiency in not only accelerating and stabilizing the parameters training but also determining the structure of the network. Adaptive crossover and mutation probability could accelerate the speed and avoid prematurity. The model was tested by five samples. The results showed that the prediction model has high prediction accuracy
which indicated that it was applicable to predict the cost by the model. 2010 IEEE.

A new frequency characteristic test method is proposed based on the digitization characteristics of optoelectronic platform servo system. First a digital processing controller is used to automatically test the entire process and tested data are uploaded to a PC through CAN-bus
and then the tested data are transferred into accurate transfer function with the Levy method. Here we discuss the testing steps

In Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing (CCOS)
polishing tool-path is the base of solving other control parameters such as dwell time. In order to improve the fabrication results of polishing off-axis aspheric
a novel method to optimize the tool-path is discussed in this paper. The optimizing method named weighted-iterative algorithm is according to the balance principle of the particle system. The power factor of each dwell point represents the requirement of dwell density. Considering the factors which influence the polishing result
the power factors cosist of three elements include constant
error distribution and dwell distance of workpiece edge. The tool-path is solved by numerical iterative method. In the end
an error data is simulated with actual parameters using the matrix-based algorithm with two different tool-paths. The one is X-Y uniform spacing model and the other one is to optimize it based on the first. The comparison shows that the results of the optimized one are much better than traditional one
especially the rms convergence rate. Theory of the algorithm is simple and exercisable
and it satisfies practical requirement as well. 2009 SPIE.
