Electric Field Assisted Capillarity (EFAC) is a novel process which has the potential for the single step fabrication of hollow polymer microstructures. The process has been shown to work experimentally on a microscale level using Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). The process makes use of both the electrohydrodynamics of polymer at a microscale and the voltage enhanced capillary force exerted on the polymer. This paper discusses the results of a two-dimensional numerical simulation of this process. The results presented use a patterned master electrode producing encapsulated microchannels in the polymer. The simulations demonstrate how the differing contact angles between the polymer and the walls of the master electrode affect the thickness of the top surface of the formed microstructures. It also specifies the conditions necessary for the successful fabrication of such microstructures. 2012 IEEE.

With the aim to fit the sin wave curve of a multi-position strap-down north seeking system and to calculate the real north angle accurately
the principles of the system and the algorithm of singular value decomposition(SVD) are introduced. The factors influencing the measuring precision are also analyzed. Then
the algorithm is adopted to fit curves. Experimental results indicate that the singular value decomposition is very precise
for its error sum is 1.1102V
and the squared error is 2.8mV. Moreover
for phase angle measurement
measured six times in same direction
the squared error is 24 (1). The method based on SVD can satisfy the system precision requirements of curve-fitting north seeking systems. 2011 IEEE.

This paper advances a method to develop simulation system
which is based on VC++ 6.0 and MultiGen Vega
and takes the mathematical model of Photoelectric theodolite and target as the theoretical basis. We modeling the simulation system by MultiGen Creator
and then drive the simulation models through MultiGen Vega
program under the circumstance of VC++6.0
simulate the work situation of theodolite to track the Air target
achieve the development of simulation program. Finally
analyze the results of simulation and compare it with the Actual data
