With the advantages of small volume
light weight

for laser used as processing light source needs to amount to dozens of KW per cm2 of power density
how to increase power output and get smaller light spot for diode laser becomes a key problem. It is introduced that by designing beam shaping by ourselves and making use of optical system for beam blooming and focusing
808nm laser array composed of 20 bars eventually achieves the 1001.5w power output
coupling efficiency at 90%
11mm2 of light spot through experiments
which enables diode laser to be directly applied to cladding

There is an increasingly growing demand for fabrication of micro-structured surfaces such as micro lens arrays and micro prism arrays. Micro end milling is one of the most efficient machining technologies for fabricating these microstructures. In this paper
micro electrodischarge machining (EDM) was applied to fabricate single flute micro end mills on polycrystalline diamond (PCD). Using the fabricated end mills
micro end milling tests of dimple arrays were performed on tungsten carbide (WC) molds and the machining characteristics were investigated. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

InGaAs nanoflowers have been prepared on InP substrates by MOCVD
using TMIn
TMGa and AsH3 as reactive precursors at 420 C. Through observation by scanning electron microscopy
we find that InGaAs nanoflowers are composed with blades and rods. The flower patterns are controlled by the growth temperature. The nanoflowers of InGaAs are disappeared
when we alter the growth temperature up and down. The InGaAs nanoflowers are In0.98Ga0.02As. (2012) Trans Tech Publications
