The aerodynamic heating effect  which will influence optical properties of optical window  becomes very obvious. This special flight condition will change shape  refractive index and also refractive index distribution of optical window due to the generated high axial temperature gradient. To ensure image quality of aerial remote sensor  the present paper does thermal-optical analysis for optical window under high Mach flight condition. Firstly  according to the principle of imaging  we analyzed the reasons for the existence of image forward motion and established the mathematical model. Secondly  we analyzed the theoretically feasibility of the method. At last  simulation  experiments and test are used to validate the practical feasibility. In this paper  we use Lucy-Richardson algorithm to compensate image motion of a certain aviation camera as an afterwards compensation. Firstly  we analyze the imaging principle of the camera and the reasons that cause image motion. Then we have a brief introduce of the Lucy-Richardson algorithm. At last  in order to show the feasibility of the method  we do some simulation. We analyzed the strongpoint and shortcoming of an information theoretic approach called minimum information loss method for model reduction. We explained relationships between the steady-state information entropy and controllability information for the Gaussian systems. The controllability  observability and Cross-Gramian information were analyzed in the time-domain. The frequency-domain Cross-Gramian information (FCGI) was defined based on Cross-Gramian matrix containing information associated with both controllability and observability. Furthermore  a valuable application of the frequency-domain Cross-Gramian information to model reduction (FCGMIL) was developed by using the concept and properties of frequency-domain Cross-Gramian information. The performance index of FCGMIL is to minimize the frequency-domain Cross-Gramian information loss caused by eliminating the state variables with weak contributions to Cross-Gramian information over some frequency band. Firstly  we use some conventional methods to preprocess the images and introduce the 13-point feature of skeleton method to extract the data that containing feature of the handwritten character. Secondly  we use the data to train the self-organizing competition network. The 18 wavelength-selective switch (WSS) based on micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) technology is proposed and fabricated with micro electromagnetic actuators  8 WXC prototype node is implemented by using 18 WSSs as building elements. The working principle and the configuration of the micro electromagnetic actuator are illuminated. By analysis  reflecting prisms and narrow-band thin films filters. And a 8  the property suits for the application when the inputs are 2V  and the best fiber-to-fiber insertion loss 5dB is gotten.
