In-depth study and explore dynamic quad tree rendering of large-scale terrain. Investigated the problems
which was urgently to be solved
about quad tree. Studied the features and application of dynamic quad tree algorithm and static quad tree algorithm. Analyze and explore the problems about quad tree construction
data storage that is significant in modeling
removing of the grid back
and elimination of T-type fracture. In this study
an algorithm based on storage array was proposed on the basis of the previous research to eliminate T-type fracture. The results showed that the new algorithm not only enhance the streamline effect
but also increased the rendering speed in the large-scale virtual terrain rendering process. The draw rate was enhanced from 8-10 frames/s up to 20-23 frames/s. 2011 IEEE.

In order to solve the registration problem of different source image existed on aerial image fusion
algorithms based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) are applied as search strategy in this paper
and Alignment Metric (AM) is used as judgment. This study has realized the different source image registration of infrared and visible light with high speed
high accuracy and high reliability. Basically
with little restriction of gray level properties
a new alignment measure is applied
which can efficiently measure the image registration extent and tolerate noise well. Even more
the intelligent optimization algorithm - Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is combined to improve the registration precision and rate of infrared and visible light. Experimental results indicate that
the study attains the registration accuracy of pixel level
and every registration time is cut down over 40 percent compared to traditional method. The match algorithm based on AM
solves the registration problem that greater differences between different source images are existed on gray and characteristic. At the same time
the adoption of combining the intelligent optimization algorithms significantly improves the searching efficiency and convergence speed of the algorithms
and the registration result has higher accuracy and stability
which builds up solid foundation for different source image fusion. The method in this paper has a magnificent effect
and is easy for application and very suitable for engineering use. 2010 IEEE.

In the procedure of computed radiography imaging
we should firstly get across the characters of kinds of noises and the relationship between the image signals and noises. Based on the specialties of computed radiography (CR) images and medical image processing
we have study the filtering methods for computed radiography images noises. On the base of analyzing computed radiography imaging system in detail
the author think that the major two noises are Gaussian white noise and Poisson noise. Then
the different relationship of between two kinds of noises and signal were studied completely. By considering both the characteristics of computed radiography images and the statistical features of wavelet transformed images
a multiscale image filtering algorithm
which based on two-state hidden markov model (HMM) and mixture Gaussian statistical model
has been used to decrease the Gaussian white noise in computed images. By using EM (Expectation Maximization) algorithm to estimate noise coefficients in each scale and obtain power spectrum matrix
then this carried through the syncretized two Filter that are IIR(infinite impulse response) Wiener Filter and HMM
according to scale size
and achieve the experiments as well as the comparison with other denoising methods were presented at last.

This study is designed to determine the degree and methods of digital image compression to produce ophthalmic images of sufficient quality for transmission and diagnosis. Fractal based compression techniques
which provide a large compression ratio for grayscale images have been reported in the literature. Fractal coding is based on the fractal theory of iterated transformations. But
it's searching and mapping algorithm cannot address the need of real-time. To improve the real-time performance of the algorithm
we use wavelet transforms to decompose images. The wavelet transform is a natural tool for analyzing fractal block coders since wavelet bases possess the same type of dyadic self-similarity that fractal coders seek to exploit. We propose a method of fractal coding the weighted wavelet subtree. Experimented results show that the improved hybrid image can improve the PSNR of the rebuild image at the same compression ratio.
