According to the disadvantage of the large noises of histogram equalization algorithm  a new adaptive image enhancement algorithm is presented. First  the statistical histogram of the infrared image is done. Then the threshold of plateaus Equalization is calculated and the statistical histogram is modified. Finally the bright values of the pixels of the image are changed. An embedded high speed image enhancement processing system on high performance DSP TMS320DM642 and FPGA was designed. Experimental results with real images shown that the system can improve the contrast of the infrared image  limit the noises of the enhancement image  and effectively enhance the infrared image  the running time of the program is shorter  so it can meet the requirements of real-time in the project. For the factors of increased of tasks  enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera  application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background  this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive  cache  checkout and storage update data. Finally  combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection  the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.

In this paper  mathematic model and computer control strategy for optical electrical tracking system have been researched and discussed. First  the system's structure and its work process have been analyzed. Second  according to the system's moving law  the system's mathematic model has been built. As to the computer control strategy  trigger guiding  two closed loop PID control method as well as compound control method have been applied to satisfy the tracking accuracy. Third  we apply the bilinear transformation to get the digital system  and the sample time is 800Hz. The simulation results indicate that the maximum tracking error can be limited to less than 0.5 and the regulator time can be 0.04s. Then the control project resonance frequency should be more than 200Hz and the sample frequency should be more than 400Hz to meet the control accuracy requirement. So we can conclude that the system indexes such as swiftness  high accuracy as long as real time have been satisfied. And the requirement of mechanical property has been present which is very useful to mechanical working. 2011 IEEE.

In the large-diameter opto-electronic device tracking equipment  by full analyzing the support structure of the primary mirror  the primary mirror usually uses the combination of the bottom support and the lateral support. Because both the bottom support and the lateral support are installed on the primary mirror chamber's base plate  after changing the welded structure of the primary mirror chamber structure to the cast structure and improving the stiffness of the primary mirror base plate  the stiffness of the base plate will show in the amount of sloshing of the primary mirror relative to the primary mirror chamber and therefore influences the tracking accuracy of the opto-electronic device. During the assembling and adjusting of the primary mirror in the actual process of working on the project  the amount of sloshing of the primary mirror is reduced significantly. The results show that in working on the primary mirror support  as is found that the amount of sloshing of the primary mirror relative to the primary mirror chamber is comparatively large  the forms and structure stiffness of bottom support and lateral support should be considered  together with that the stiffness of the primary mirror chamber acting as the basis is playing the crucial role. 2011 IEEE.

In the device  a He-Ne laser of flash frequency 1-20 Hz was adopted as exciting light source  and three key technical problems have been solved successfully in order to enhance the detecting sensitivity and measuring stability of the device for time-resolved fluorimmunoassays(TRFIA) [1]. The first one is to design optimum exciting optical system  so that the exciting light beam excite the sample most effectively. The second one is to have a project spectrum filter which can reduce the affection of the background light to the photomultiplier tube and also ensure influence of the stray light and mixed diffusion light to the sample fluorescence to the least  the sample fluorescence through the integrating sphere and come to the grating monochromator  The right wavelength will be chosed through changing the angle of incidence of the grating monochromator. The third one is to simulate the principle of sample averaging of BOXCAR averager. In the device  SCM was used as primary controller and CPLD was used as timing controller. Through the preparation process  signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) will be improved  also adjust delay time  ampling frequency and sampling number arbitrarily. By testing  the sensitivity is 10-12mol/L(substance marked by Eu3+)  examination repeat is &le2.5%  examination linearity is from 10 -8mol/L to 10-12mol/L  correlation coefficient is 99.98%(p&le0.01). The instrument is advanced for ultrasensitive detection of antigen and antibody  and solve the tumor  genetic variation  the virus protein detection. 2009 SPIE.

The biochemical analysis in medicine is an important inspection and diagnosis method in hospital clinic. The biochemical analysis of urine is one important item. The Urine test paper shows corresponding color with different detection project or different illness degree. The color difference between the standard threshold and the test paper color of urine can be used to judge the illness degree  therefore  it can be used in hospital  so that further analysis and diagnosis to urine is gotten. The color is a three-dimensional physical variable concerning psychology  the estimation method of color difference in urine test can have better precision and facility than the conventional test method with one-dimensional reflectance  calibrating organization and family  while reflectance is one-dimensional variable  it can make an accurate diagnose. The digital camera is easy to take an image of urine test paper and is used to carry out the urine biochemical analysis conveniently. On the experiment  so its application prospect is extensive.  the color image of urine test paper is taken by popular color digital camera and saved in the computer which installs a simple color space conversion (RGB &rarr XYZ &rarr L*a*b*) and the calculation software. Test sample is graded according to intelligent detection of quantitative color. The images taken every time were saved in computer  and the whole illness process will be monitored. This method can also use in other medicine biochemical analyses that have relation with color. Experiment result shows that this test method is quick and accurate
