Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements
it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%
under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment
and the formula is 4.9%
MODTRAN and other software likewise
which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article
the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%
in the process of deducing and experiment
it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason
the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved
it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article
which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

The design method and result are described for an infrared zoom system with three fields of view. Its zoom ratio is 9
and the corresponding field of view is 3-27. The working waveband is from 3 m to 5m
and using the rotated elements in the system it is easy to change the field-of-view and satisfied the cooled detector requirements.
and its total length is required to be no more than 400mm. The final optical system consists of 9 elements
with two aspheric surfaces and a diffractive optical element. It achieves diffraction-limited imaging at the middle infrared waveband. From the last result we can know using the diffractive optical elements can eliminate the color aberration and helps to reduce the cost of the system

Bottom-gate-type thin film transistors using ZnO as an active channel layer (ZnO-TF-TS) have been constructed. The ZnO layers were deposited using metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)[1-3] at about 360C. SiO2 was used as the material of gate insulator to suppress the leakage current effectively and to enable the ZnO-TFT to operate successfully. The drain current on-to-off ratio of ZnO-TFTs fabricated on the substrate of glass is about 104. The average optical transmission of ZnO-TFTs in the visible portion is 80%. All above shows that it is possible to fabricate a transparent TFT using ZnO as an active channel layer instead of the traditional Si material.

The ZnO films were deposited on the substrate of glass by MOCVD [1-3]. The X-ray diffraction patterns of samples show sharp diffraction peaks ZnO (002) indicating the films were highly c-axis oriented. The devices based on the ZnO film were fabricated.

focusing for objects at finite distances and athermalizing the system can be achieved by axially moving a single element in the system.

with aspheric surfaces and a diffractive optical element. It achieves diffraction-limited imaging at the far infrared waveband. Two conclusions can be drawn from the design. (1) Using diffractive optical elements in the design of an infrared optical system is an effective approach to control color aberrations

The results of design effort for infrared zoom systems using all reflective aspheric surfaces are described. Issues such as the paraxial design theory and aberration balancing are discussed in detail. Two all reflective zoom optical systems are disclosed clearly. Both of them are to be used with uncooled infrared detectors. The first design is an unobscured three mirror zoom system without any intermediate image
and the second is a three mirror system with central obscuration which forms an intermediate image. With the design theory further developed
this kind of systems can be designed for cooled infrared detectors
for which cold stop matching is an important issue. 2006 SPIE-OSA.
