This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture
plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI

encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model
it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms

A method to find the optimized parameter values of passive dynamic walking biped is presented. The effects of biped physical parameters on the stability property of passive gaits are studied by simulation experiments. The chosen parameters include the mass distribution
length of leg and slope angle. The stability property of passive walking limit cycles is used as criterion of optimization calculation
including the orbital stability described by eigen-values of linearized Poincare map and the global property described by size of attraction region. The simulation results show how the stability of limit cycle varies when physical parameters of the passive biped change. The work is useful to explore the inherent property of passive dynamic walking and can be used as an important instruction in the mechanical design of biped robots based on principle of passive dynamic walking. The traditional facilities that used to find range are mostly based on laser or ultrasonic. Now
based on binocular parallax of human eyes
we advance a method used to get the distance by measuring the offset on image panel. On this foundation
we also analyze the error in forward. The academic analysis indicate that the measurement would be impacted severely by transverse offset and angle-measuring offset

much slightly by lengthways offset. When we put this facility into practice

With the development of aerospace remote sensing technology
the ground resolution of remote sensing camera enhances continuously. Since there is relative motion between camera and ground target when taking pictures
the target image recorded in recording media is moved and blurred. In order to enhance the imaging quality and resolution of the camera
the image motion had to be compensated. In order to abate the effect of image motion to image quality of space camera and improve the resolution of the camera
the compensation method of image motion to space camera is researched. First
the reason of producing drift angle and adjustment principle are analyzed in this paper. This paper introduce the composition and transmission principle of image motion compensation mechanism. Second
the system adopts 80C31 as controller of drift angle
and adopts stepping motor for actuators
and adopts absolute photoelectric encoder as the drift Angle measuring element. Then the control mathematical model of the image motion compensation mechanism are deduced
and it achieve the closed-loop control of the drift angle position. At the last
this paper analyses the transmission precision of the mechanism. Through the experiment
we measured the actual precision of the image motion compensation mechanism
and compared with the theoretical analysis. There are two major contributions in this paper. First
the traditional image motion compensation mechanism is big volume and quality heavy. This has not fit for the development trend of space camera miniaturization and lightweight. But if reduce the volume and quality of mechanism
it will bring adverse effects for the precision and stiffness of mechanism. For this problem
This paper designed a image motion compensation that have some advantages such as small size
light weight at the same time
high precision
stiffness and so on. This image motion compensation can be applicable to the small optics cameras with high resolution. Second
the traditional mechanism control need to corrected
fitting and iterative for the control formula of mechanism. Only in this way
we can get the optimal control mathematical model. This paper has high precision of the control formula derived. It can achieve the high precision control without fitting
It also simplify the difficulty of control mathematical model establishment. This paper designed the range of adjusting of image motion compensation mechanism between -5 +5. Based on choosing-5

With the aim to fit the sin wave curve of a multi-position strap-down north seeking system and to calculate the real north angle accurately
the principles of the system and the algorithm of singular value decomposition(SVD) are introduced. The factors influencing the measuring precision are also analyzed. Then
the algorithm is adopted to fit curves. Experimental results indicate that the singular value decomposition is very precise
for its error sum is 1.1102V
and the squared error is 2.8mV. Moreover
for phase angle measurement
measured six times in same direction
the squared error is 24 (1). The method based on SVD can satisfy the system precision requirements of curve-fitting north seeking systems. 2011 IEEE.

A grazing incidence x-ray scattering (XRS) method
Order perturbation theory (FOPT)
is stated briefly and an experimental facility based on an improved X-ray diffraction has been introduced
which can work with high performance. The x-ray scattering distributions of two super smooth silicon samples measured at the incidence angle 0.2 degree
as the x-ray wavelength is 0.154 nm
have been given and analyzed by the FOPT to give information about the surface profiles. As a comparison
the root mean square (RMS) surface roughness
grey-scale maps and one-dimensional power spectral density (1D PSD) have been derived from the atomic-force microscope (AFM) data. The results evaluated by FOPT are in good agreement with that of AFM
which indicates that x-ray scattering method is a practical characterization for the investigation of super smooth surfaces. 2011 IEEE.

To obtain high resolution
high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)
high reliability and real time in wide spectral range
we study the space modulation Micro Fourier Transform Spectrometer (FTS) based on multi-step mirrors covering the spectral range of 3-5m and 8-12 m in theory and experiment. The influences of spectrum reconstruction caused by the diffraction and extended light source in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) are analyzed. A method to reduce the noises in spectrum reconstruction and the relationship between coherent intensity and solid angle of light source are discussed. An extended light source with suitable size is chosen
considering the requirement of SNR and spectrum resolving power in the optical design. Furthermore
the fabrication of micro multi-step mirrors
which is the core part of FTS
is investigated. Three methods for fabricating multi-step micro mirrors are demonstrated. 2011 IEEE.
