As a result of the radar system got interferenced or in the state of half silent
it can cause the guided precision drop badly In the modern electronic warfare
therefore it can lead to the equipment depended on electronic guidance cannot strike the incoming goals exactly. It will need to rely on optoelectronic devices to make up for its shortcomings
but when interference is in the process of radar leading
especially the electro-optical equipment is influenced by the roll
pitch and yaw rotation
it can affect the target appear outside of the field of optoelectronic devices for a long time
so the infrared optoelectronic equipment can not exert the superiority
and also it cannot get across weapon-control system "reverse bring" missile against incoming goals. So the conventional ship-borne infrared system unable to track the target of incoming quickly
the ability of optoelectronic rivalry declines heavily.Here we provide a brand new controlling algorithm for the semi-automatic searching and infrared tracking based on inertial navigation platform. Now it is applying well in our XX infrared optoelectronic searching and tracking system. The algorithm is mainly divided into two steps: The artificial mode turns into auto-searching when the deviation of guide exceeds the current scene under the course of leading for radar.When the threshold value of the image picked-up is satisfied by the contrast of the target in the searching scene
the speed computed by using the CA model Least Square Method feeds back to the speed loop. And then combine the infrared information to accomplish the closed-loop control of the infrared optoelectronic system tracking. The algorithm is verified via experiment. Target capturing distance is 22.3 kilometers on the great lead deviation by using the algorithm. But without using the algorithm the capturing distance declines 12 kilometers. The algorithm advances the ability of infrared optoelectronic rivalry and declines the target capturing time by using semi-automatic searching and reliable capturing-tracking

For multi-channel high-speed image data of certain space remote sensing camera
this paper proposed a new image data acquisition and storage system. First of all
the system uses Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) controlling synchronous dynamic random access memory(SDRAM) array to realize the cache of image data
then according to the received commands
sends certain channel's image data to the acquisition card to write the image data into SCSI hard disk and implements the final storage. A Time Delay Integral Charge Couple Device(TDICCD) image data acquisition and storage system with five channels is developed
pixel clock rate is up to 96MHz
total effective data rate is up to 2.88Gb/s
single channel storage depth is up to 7810 lines. The experimental results indicate that this system work stably
high effectively which can meet the requirement of acquisition and storage of multi-channel high-speed TDICCD image data. 2010 IEEE.

Off-axis illumination (OAI) technology is widely used to enhance resolution for deep ultraviolet lithography. The realizing methods of OAI include geometrical optics method and physical optics method. However
the former has the disadvantage of weak intensity distribution controlling ability
and the latter introduces simulation errors evidently when dealing with near field diffraction propagation. A diffractive optical element (DOE) designing method using plane wave angular spectrum theory is presented in this paper. Several kinds of OAI modes at near field away from DOE can be realized
and simulation errors and the size of illuminator are also reduced. According to studying the relationships of the sampling point distance of DOE
light beam propagation distance
and the structure of the beam shaping unit
a method of determining the designing parameters is discussed. Using this method
several illumination modes are realized
and simulation results show that all diffraction efficiencies reach up to 84%. The method of DOE manufacturing is analyzed at last
and it is proven to be feasible. 2010 SPIE.

In the field of manufacturing large aperture aspheric mirrors
mid-frequency surface error has been considered to be one of the most important factors for both manufacturing and testing technique. Mid-frequency surface error controlling the polishing process is not conventionally concerned as the same of controlling of low-frequency surface error. In order to solve such a problem
a new method - Multi-mode Combined Manufacturing (MCM) is put forward. MCM technology is useful for the control on all frequency-bands errors of optical surface and is adaptive to fast aspheric mirror especially. Based on classical manufacturing theory
principle analysis of MCM and experiments results are discussed in the paper.

STIM (Solar Total Irradiance Monitor) can be used on sun-synchronous polar orbit weather satellites to measure the total solar irradiance. It contains three independent and identical wide view absolute radiometers. They are mounted on the satellite in an angle which ensure the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers. This measurement method doesn't need the instrument tracking the sun but the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers in each orbit cycle. The paper presents the measurement method of simulation for solar irradiance measurement and calibration by mounting the instrument on a two-axis rotation table. By controlling the rotation angle velocity of the instrument in the meridian direction being the same as that of the weather satellite's on orbit
we can measure the solar irradiance when the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers to simulate the onboard state. And we have operated the measurement with the prototype of STIM. The SIAR-1 is traceable to WRR and serves as a transfer standard. So simultaneous comparison measurements between SIAR-1 and each of the three wide view absolute radiometers are measured to provide calibration corrections to the instrument. And we have a further study at the influence of stray light to the measurement results. This paper presents the method of simulation experiment and calibration for solar irradiance measurement with Solar Total Irradiance Monitor on board.
