Semi-physical simulation of attitude control system is the more synthetically test and verify for designing of small satellite control system. It is an important means of small satellite development. However
the results of current semi-physical simulation system have a lot of non-intuitive. Compare with the actual environment
the simulation environment still has striking disparity. So the shortcomings affect precision of simulation. Based on the virtual display technology
the group semi-physical simulation system has been constructed for attitude control of small satellite due to the combination with xPC real-time environment

Lithium fluoride (LiF) crystal is a very promising candidate as nanometer resolution EUV and soft X-ray detector. Compared with other EUV and soft X-ray detectors

LiF crystal has high resolution
large field of view and wide dynamic range. In this paper
using LiF crystal as EUV detector and a Schwarzschild objective (SO) working at 13.5nm as projection optics
mesh images with 4.2 m
1.2 m and 800 nm line width and pinhole patterns with 1.5m diameter are acquired in projection imaging mode and direct writing mode
respectively. Fluorescence intensity profiles of images show that the resolution of mesh image is 900 nm
and the one of pinhole image is 800 nm. In the experiments
a spherical condense mirror based on normal incidence type is used to eliminate the damage and contamination on the masks (mesh and pinhole) caused by the laser plasma
and the energy density is not decreased compared with that the masks are close to the plasma. The development of the SO

A stable direct adaptive fuzzy decentralized control for reconfigurable modular manipulators is proposed to satisfy the concept of modular software. For the development of the decentralized control
the dynamics of reconfigurable manipulators is represented as a set of interconnected subsystems. The fuzzy logic systems are introduced to model the unknown dynamics of subsystem and the interconnection term by using adaptive algorithm. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem
the stability of the closed-loop systems can be verified. The simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive fuzzy decentralized control schemes.

Aspheres are utilized widely thanks to the development of optical design
manufacture and testing. Compensators are usually necessary when aspheres are under test. The alignment of aspheres and their compensators is a risk because it's tough to check whether the compensators work in right way. A new method of alignment with four poles is put forward in this paper. Optical interval error can be tight while it is quite important due to direct influence on central curvature
conic constant and high order coefficients of aspherical surface. A modified on-axis Foucault apparatus is set up since it makes the optical axis visible and helps to control the error of off-axis amount. Some small holes are drilled in the metallic cell of the compensator so that the ends of poles can be stably relied on in order to increase operational repeatability. The method has been carried out practically and it matches the measurement result given by a set of theodolites. 2009 SPIE.

Coating photoresist film with uniform thickness on concave spherical substrate (CSS) is very important for microfabrication of concave spherical optical elements by lithography technique via a laser direct writer
for the uneven photoresist film will result in ununiformity of line width so as to influence the characters of optical elements. For improving the uniformity of photoresist film coating on CSS
an automatic spin coater was designed. The process and the mathematical model of spin coating for CSS were analyzed. Difficulties for realizing the spin coater consist of the control of multi-axis motion precisely and collaboratively
valves on/ff properly and real-timely. A flexible and well-behaved spinning motion system was achieved by tmeans of principal and subordinate CPUs control. The motion program for spin coating could be created and implemented automatically while the pressure and the valves were was watched and controlled in real time. Film coating and laser direct writing experiments on a CSS with aperture equals to 100 mm and radius equals to 370 mm were performed. Photoresist film with uniform thickness on CSS was obtained by selecting proper spin coating parameters such as rotational speed
acceleration and viscosity of the photoresist. After development
the section analysis by the atomic force microscope showed that photoresist film thickness was about 517 nm in the center and about 520 nm in the edge of substrate
the film thickness error was within 1%
and the line width was about 6.0 m with steep sides parallel each other. Experimental results indicate that uniform thickness of thin photoresist film has been coated on CSS by the spin coater
which contributes to quality improvement of laser direct writing lines on CSS.

Metallic mesh has been widely used in electromagnetic interference windows. While the duty ratio of curved mesh equals to planar mesh'
the theory of planar mesh may be applied to curved mesh according to equivalent-circuit model. So the idea that latitude lines intersect latitude lines to form isometric mesh on the concave of a sphere is put forward
and the method of fabricating the mesh by concentric optical scan is introduced. The movement parts of equipment consist of an erection turning
a horizontal dividing and a pitching dividing spindle. Firstly
a spherical substrate is fixed on the horizontal dividing spindle that has been set horizontally on the erect turning spindle
the substrate revolves around the axis of the erect spindle
the tube of object lens that is fixed on the pitching dividing spindle steps at pitching direction
and a revolving circuit of the substrate corresponds to a step of the tube. Gradually
a set of latitude lines is attained. Afterward
the substrate makes a quarter turn around the horizontal spindle
another orientation latitude lines are also gained. Thus
the isometric mesh on the concave of a spherical substrate is gained. The process comprises surface cleaning

evaporated film
dissolving photoresist and plating. The fabricated spherical mesh has a line width of 7 m and a period of 600m. Experiment shows that infrared transmission and electromagnetism shield efficiency of the metallic mesh are relatively consistent with theoretical value.
