To deal with the defects of BP neural networks used in balance control of inverted pendulum  such as longer train time and converging in partial minimum  this article reaLizes the control of double inverted pendulum with improved BP algorithm of artificial neural networks(ANN)  builds up a training model of test simulation and the BP network is 6-10-1 structure. Tansig function is used in hidden layer and PureLin function is used in output layer  LM is used in training algorithm. The training data is acquried by three-loop PID algorithm. The model is learned and trained with Matlab calculating software  and the simuLink simulation experiment results prove that improved BP algorithm for inverted pendulum control has higher precision  better astringency and lower calculation. This algorithm has wide appLication on nonLinear control and robust control field in particular. 2011 IEEE.

This article proposes a new fuzzy controller based on information integration. The mathematical model of Linear double inverted pendulum has been studied and estabLished with dynamics analytical method and LQR theory is used to design the optimal Linear inverted pendulum controller  then  the integration technology is used to design the variable parameters self-tuning fuzzy controller. Thereby  the fuzzy controller input variable dimension and the number of fuzzy control rules have been extremely reduced. Two controllers are designed for inverted pendulum system control and the comparison simulation experiments have been done. The results show that the controllers can both reaLize good control  and the fuzzy controller has higher precision  faster response  better stabiLity and robustness. 2011 IEEE.

One of the effective method of improving diamond tool life on rulling large diffraction gratings is developing precise double-cone edged on line edge transfering tool. But traditional died weight or manual lapping technique couldn't meet the precision requirement of on line edge transfering tool. So preliminary studied rigid lapping of diamond grating ruling tool. Choosing traditional BC6063 shaping machine and made a series of alteration on it  achieved the automation of lapping process of diamond grating ruling tool. Through lapping grating ruling tool and AFM measurement find that the surface roughness of tool is 1.51nm  the radius of tool edge is 160nm  edge quality is good enough  this verified the feasibility of rigid lapping of diamond grating ruling tool and lay the foundation for developing precision lapping machine. A new servo control methods for O-E theodolite is presented in this paper. The methods integrates optimally feed forward and feedback control  and adopts acceleration delay compensation based on velocity delay compensation  then achieves servo control of O-E theodolite effectively. Furthermore  Angular acceleration sensor is applied as information resources  and adaptive filter is formed to provide with feed forward control signal in the methods. For double closed loop servo control system of O-E theodolite  the location correction loop and velocity correction loop are analyzed and designed. Simulation and experimental results show that comparing with traditional methods  this servo control methods can improve significantly tracking precision and stability of O-E theodolite. 2010 IEEE.

During double flank rolling composite detection  the radial composite deviations of master gears has been existed and transferred to the measured gear by the primary harmonic curve. In order to improve measurement accuracy  a measuring instrument is developed for radial composite deviations of high-precision master gear in the paper. This instrument uses the structure of spring-suspend swing span to overcome the shortcomings of large rotation errors  low sensitivity  low resolution and large measuring force appearing in the traditional combination-type gear inspection instrument. Artificial intelligence technology is used to improve the efficiency and accuracy of this instrument. The result is that the measuring apparatus is able to meet the requirement and improve efficiency through the measuring experiments on master gears of precision grade 2 with modulus 2 mm and 3 mm  respectively. 2010 SPIE.
