Interferometry is a very important method in high accuracy measurement for optical system. This article briefly introduced the conception of interferometry and took a product of 4D Technology as an example to carry on the measurement. A large-scale optic-electrical Theodolite in assemblage was measured
and its primary mirror was 400mm in diameter. With the analysis of the results
some micro adjustments of the mechanical structure proceed
and it made the system perform better. The final results of the whole system is 1.061 in P-V value and 0.1136 in RMS value (=632.8nm)
this meets the demand of optical design and practical application. The result demonstrates that interferometry is a good way to be utilized and optimize in the procedure of assemble. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

In order to design a large aperture primary mirror with the diameter of 1150 mm
the parameters impacting on gravity deformation of the mirror were analyzed and discussed in detail
including material selection
diameter-thickness ratio
the number of the support points
location selection and lightweight structure
etc. A novel space mirror structure system was put forward
and its back was opened and supported by six points on back. The dynamic and static and thermal characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element method. Analysis results showed the surface figure accuracy reached to RMS 14.5nm under the action of gravity load along the optical axis direction and the first-order natural frequency was 214Hz which met to the designed indexes requirements. According to the usage of vehicle radar antenna pedestal connection plate
this article analyzes and compares the structure characteristic of welding and casting. We decide to adopt the casting structure and use cast aluminium ZL101A. Based on the connection plate of using conditions

In order to reduce ring-liner interface friction power loss
this paper focuses on the structure parameters of the top ring
and investigates how the value of those parameters will influence top ring-liner friction power loss and the minimum thickness of oil film at top ring-liner interface. A mixed lubrication model is developed to simulate the effect of varying design parameters on ring-liner friction. Case study shows that ring-liner friction power loss will be reduced with decreased axial ring height and barrel height. This study provides a theoretical basis for design the top ring with reduced friction power loss at ring-liner interface. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of optical detection instruments
temperature control circuits for narrow band-pass filters are given
and the error analysis is applied to temperature control circuits.The principle of a temperature measurement circuit is studied and the method of a driver circuit is described. A variety of influencing factors of temperature control accuracy are discussed. Moreover
for these error factors
improvement measures are given to reduce the nonlinear error. Finally

In this study
Zn0.99Co0.01Al0.015O thin film has been prepared by sol-gel method. The structural and magnetic properties of the sample were investigated. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy analyses indicate that the Co and Al codoping can not disturb the structure of ZnO. No additional peaks are observed in the Zn0.99Co0.01Al xO and Al3+ and Co2+ substitute for Zn 2+ without changing the wurtzite structure. The resistance measurements confirm that Al ions increase the free carriers concentration. Based on the above experiments we think the ferromagnetic behavior of the sample could not originate from Co nanoclusters. The presence of free carriers and localized d spins is a prerequisite for the appearance of ferromagnetism. As the result
the carriers generated by Al doping is considered a main factor to induce the ferromagnetic phenomenon. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

The structure of ejector used in automotive power steering oil discharge equipment is designed in accordance with the theory of gas-liquid ejector.The two important parameters of the ejector are elected respectively to five values and then 25 ejector models are obtained by the permutations and combinations.The ejector's CFD model is created by Fluent module of Ansys
