Most conventional spacious solar photoelectric detection systems suffer from unexpected stray light. This paper demonstrates the effects on photoelectric detection system bring out by stray light. On this foundation  build up evaluation index of stray light system  to search the reasonable programme to eliminating stray light. A detailed telescope system geometry model was created  and scatter models were create for telescope and enclosure components. By the means of designing the structure of main baffle  baffle vane and the coating technology. In order to verify the prosperity of structure that designed  we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. The simulations show that point source transmittance of the system is thus reduced by up to two orders of magnitude between 10-8 and 10-10. Meanwhile  the experiment obtains clean detection data which satisfies the system requirements. Stray light has been suppressed effectually  and so measurement precision was improved from detection graphics. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

Electrostatic membrane mirror is ultra-lightweight and easy to acquire a large diameter comparing with traditional optical elements  so its development and usage is the trend of future large mirrors. In order to research the control method of the static stretching membrane mirror  the surface configuration must be tested. However  membrane mirror's shape is always changed by variable voltages on the electrodes  and the optical properties of membrane materials using in our experiment are poor  so it is difficult to test membrane mirror by interferometer and null compensator method. To solve this problem  an automatic optical test procedure for membrane mirror is designed based on Hartmann screen method. The optical path includes point light source  CCD camera  splitter and diffuse transmittance screen. The spots' positions on the diffuse transmittance screen are pictured by CCD camera connected with computer  and image segmentation and centroid solving is auto processed. The CCD camera's lens distortion is measured  and fixing coefficients are given to eliminate the spots' positions recording error caused by lens distortion. To process the low sampling Hartmann test results  Zernike polynomial fitting method is applied to smooth the wave front. So low frequency error of the membrane mirror can be measured then. Errors affecting the test accuracy are also analyzed in this paper. In the device  a He-Ne laser of flash frequency 1-20 Hz was adopted as exciting light source  and three key technical problems have been solved successfully in order to enhance the detecting sensitivity and measuring stability of the device for time-resolved fluorimmunoassays(TRFIA) [1]. The first one is to design optimum exciting optical system  so that the exciting light beam excite the sample most effectively. The second one is to have a project spectrum filter which can reduce the affection of the background light to the photomultiplier tube and also ensure influence of the stray light and mixed diffusion light to the sample fluorescence to the least  the sample fluorescence through the integrating sphere and come to the grating monochromator  The right wavelength will be chosed through changing the angle of incidence of the grating monochromator. The third one is to simulate the principle of sample averaging of BOXCAR averager. In the device  SCM was used as primary controller and CPLD was used as timing controller. Through the preparation process  signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) will be improved  also adjust delay time  ampling frequency and sampling number arbitrarily. By testing  the sensitivity is 10-12mol/L(substance marked by Eu3+)  examination repeat is &le2.5%  examination linearity is from 10 -8mol/L to 10-12mol/L  correlation coefficient is 99.98%(p&le0.01). The instrument is advanced for ultrasensitive detection of antigen and antibody  and solve the tumor  genetic variation  the virus protein detection. 2009 SPIE.
