This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture  plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI  a real LABTM  and a real absolute Inductosyn  encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model  it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms  and rate loop is 8ms  overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally  the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec  and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. Aircraft simulation platform is the most important supporting technology in the aircraft development process. This simulation platform can be used for validating the design of subsystem and also it provides the necessary data for the Aircraft design. Wind has great impact on the flight parameter. In order to accurately simulate the wind model and calculate the flight parameters  a simulation modeling method for flight parameter simulation platform under wind field environment is established. Firstly  the various sub-systems which affecting flight parameters are analyzed  some mathematical models of the flight parameter simulation platform is established. Secondly  the atmospheric wind field is studied to analyze the impact on its trajectory. Then the model is built in the Simulink toolbox in the Matlab which is based on the principles of hierarchy and modularity  using C MEX S-function for the complex kinetic equations. Finally  when the models have been established  encapsulating models for several subsystem and assembling them for the Aircraft simulation platform based on the unified interface. The simulation tests (including the performance test of a certain gliding Aircraft  the wind influence test of a certain uncontrolled aircraft) prove the simulation capability of the platform  and its calculating step can reach 1 ms. Comparing simulation with field test data of a certain uncontrolled aircraft  it shows that the relative deviation of range is 0.47%  the relative deviation of maximal altitude is 2.1%. Taking relevant standards as a reference standard  it is demonstrated the platform is reliable  meets the engineering accuracy requirements. 2010 IEEE.

As generalization ability of neural network was restricted by overfitting problem in the network's training. Early stopping algorithm based on fuzzy clustering was put forward to solve this problem in this paper. Subtractive clustering and Fuzzy C-Means clustering (FCM) were combined to realize optimal division of training set  validation set and test set. How to realize this algorithm in backpropagation (BP) network by utilizing neural network toolbox and fuzzy logic toolbox in MATLAB was dwelled on. Early stopping algorithm based on fuzzy clustering and other early stopping algorithms were applied in function approximation and pattern recognition problems in validation experiments. Experiments results indicate that early stopping algorithm based on fuzzy clustering has higher precision in comparison to other early stopping algorithms. Outputs of training set  validation set and test set are more accordant. 2009 IEEE.
