This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture  plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI  a real LABTM  and a real absolute Inductosyn  encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model  it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms  and rate loop is 8ms  overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally  the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec  and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. This article proposes a new fuzzy controller based on information integration. The mathematical model of Linear double inverted pendulum has been studied and estabLished with dynamics analytical method and LQR theory is used to design the optimal Linear inverted pendulum controller  then  the integration technology is used to design the variable parameters self-tuning fuzzy controller. Thereby  the fuzzy controller input variable dimension and the number of fuzzy control rules have been extremely reduced. Two controllers are designed for inverted pendulum system control and the comparison simulation experiments have been done. The results show that the controllers can both reaLize good control  and the fuzzy controller has higher precision  faster response  better stabiLity and robustness. 2011 IEEE.

As we know  the existence of image motion has a bad effect on the image quality of satellite-borne TDI CCD camera. Although many theories on image motion are proposed to cope with this problem  few simulations are done to justify the proposed theories on ground. And thus  in this paper  a ground-based physical simulation system for TDI CCD imaging is developed and specified  which consists of a physical simulation subsystem for precise satellite attitude control based on a 3-axis air bearing table  and an imaging and simulation subsystem utilizing area-array CCD to simulate TDI CCD. The designed system could realize not only a precise simulation of satellite attitude control  whose point accuracy is above 0.1 and steady accuracy above 0.01/s  but also an imaging simulation of 16-stage TDI CCD with 0.1s its integration time. This paper also gives a mathematical model of image motion of this system analogous with satellite-borne TDI CCD  and detailed descriptions on the principle utilizing area-array CCD to simulate TDI CCD. It is shown that experiment results are in accordance with mathematical simulation  and that the image quality deteriorate seriously when the correspondence between the image velocity and signal charges transfer velocity is broken out  which suggest not only the validity of the system design but also the validity of the proposed image motion theory of TDI CCD. 2010 SPIE.

A nonlinear control strategy for controlling a motion system with mechanical resonance is presented in this paper. A mathematical model of the servo system is derived according to the parameters of an actual system. By using two Tracking-Differentiators  reference input and system output are tracked and their differential signals are given simultaneously. A nonlinear PD control law in velocity loop is designed based on non-smooth feedback. The simulation results show that the control law is superior remarkably in performance to linear PD control law and the classical PID control law. Tracking-Differentiator resolves the contradiction between rapidity and overshoot of system response. The nonlinear PD control law improves system dynamic performance and intensifies the ability of disturbance rejection. The control design achieved in this paper makes the servo system more robust. 2010 IEEE.

Stable platform is a complicated nonlinear system. The common PID control can not meet the requirement of high precision and fast response. The adaptive inverse control was introduced in the system of stable platform. Based on it  the system utilize its character of open circle to improve system capability. In the model building to object model and object inverse model  the NARX network is used. The algorithm uses the least square method instead of least square(LMS) to identify the parameters and design the control. The simulation results show several advantages of this control strategy  such as sensitive response  non-overshoot  good anti-disturbance  and minimal stable error  and showed dynamic/static performance was superior to those of conventional PID method. 2008 IEEE.

The novel presents an adaptive reaching law sliding mode controller to slove a class of uncertain systems.The Airborne Opto-Electronic Platform sliding model is employed to represent a class of complex uncertain system. The control is based on reaching law control. Discrete time implementation of the sliding mode control strategy is considered in the paper  since it is more appropriate for practical applications. It is shown that the robustness of the sliding mode control method is constrained by sampling time. Design of the adaptive reaching law based on a discrete expotential reaching law concept is given  which to design a new sliding mode controller based on Lyapunov stability theory. The global asymptotic stability is guaranteed. An example with simulation results is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 2008 IEEE.

State observer design is one of key technologies in research field of intelligent vehicle. Experiment platform  visual guidance intelligent vehicle JLUIV-5  is establishedby Jilin University Intelligent Vehicle Group firstly. The system structure and assistant navigation control system  and different image identify algorithms to recognize preview path and stops for variable illuminations are introduced. The dynamic response equation of steering control system was got by system identification experiment. By combined with the preview kinematics model  and two-degree steering dynamic model of vehicle  the steering kalman filter mathematics model based on preview kinematics for intelligent vehicle was obtained. And observer is designed by applying steady Kalman filter theory. The simulation and experiment results  carry out in Jilin University Nanling Campus and Culture Center of Jilin Province  show that the image identify algorithms  and steady Kalmanstate observer designed by the proposed method has good adaptability for time-varying and parameters uncertain  it can satisfy intelligent vehicle trace the path reliably during outdoor experiment. 2008 IEEE.

Small satellites are capable of performing space explore missions that require accurate attitude determination and control. However  low weight  size  power and cost requirements limit the types of attitude sensor of small craft  such as CCD  are not practical for small satellites. CMOS APS is a good substitute for attitude sensors of small craft. Some of the technical advantages of CMOS APS are no blooming  single power  low power consumption  small size and little support circuitry  direct digital output  simple to system design  in particular  radiation-hard characteristic compare with CCD. This paper discusses the application probability of CMOS APS in star tracker for small satellites  further more  a prototype ground-based star camera based on STAR250 CMOS image sensor has been built. In order to extract stars positions coordinates  subpixel accuracy centroiding algorithm has been developed and tested on some ground-based images. Moreover  the camera system star sensitivity and noise model are analyzed  and the system accuracy is been evaluated. Experimental results indicate that a star camera based on CMOS APS is a viable practical attitude sensor appropriate for space small satellites.
