First  the statistical histogram of the infrared image is done. Then the threshold of plateaus Equalization is calculated and the statistical histogram is modified. Finally the bright values of the pixels of the image are changed. An embedded high speed image enhancement processing system on high performance DSP TMS320DM642 and FPGA was designed. Experimental results with real images shown that the system can improve the contrast of the infrared image  limit the noises of the enhancement image  and effectively enhance the infrared image  the running time of the program is shorter  so it can meet the requirements of real-time in the project. Based on the needs of agility small satellites  this article explained the method of SGCMG principle prototype design and proposed the influence on SGCMG output torque precision generated by time accumulation error first time. CCD arrays are inherently undersampled and spatial frequency above Nyquist frequency is distorted so as to create ambiguity and Moire patterns for targets imaged by E-O system.. As to this drawback  a system-design project is introduced and discussed in the paper. It's well known that many image quality metrics are linked to MTF. However  CCDs don't satisfy MTF condition  namely  the shift-invariant property  so MTF synthesis can't appraise the whole system simply by the MTF product of the few sub-system ones in E-O imaging system. Then it is depicted how to solve this problem in the following. Finally the analyses and comparisons of the imaging performance parameters with and without super-resolved technologies are shown.
