Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements  it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%  under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment  and the formula is 4.9%  MODTRAN and other software likewise  which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article  the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%  in the process of deducing and experiment  it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason  the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved  it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article  which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. Due to shortcoming of traditional image matching for computing the fitness for every pixel in the searching space  a new bat algorithm with mutation (BAM) is proposed to solve image matching problem  and a modification is applied to mutate between bats during the process of the new solutions updating. This new approach can accelerate the global convergence speed while preserving the strong robustness of the basic BA. The realization procedure for this improved meta-heuristic approach BAM is also presented. To prove the performance of this proposed meta-heuristic method  BAM is compared with BA and other population-based optimization methods  DE and SGA. The experiment shows that the proposed approach is more effective and feasible in image matching than the other model. (2012) Trans Tech Publications  Switzerland.

In order to realize high efficiency and flexible manufacturing for rotary surfaces  equivalent stress in sheet metal's center region and bendable rollers active region exceeds yield stress  efficient spinning technology (EST) is researched. It is the combination of multi-point forming and traditional spinning. Principle of EST is described  and plastic deformation is generated  traditional spinning method is compared with it  experimental result accords with simulation result. In order to solve the problem of precise temperature control  the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) principle widely used is analyzed for the design of the whole control process and selection of control parameters  and then accurate simulation model of the TEC is established in Proteus simulation software. Moreover  combined with the traditional circuit simulation model  the temperature control loop is designed  and the response characteristics of the system are tested using an input signal similar to the unit-step function to achieve the precise temperature control. Simulation results show that the proposed control circuits can precisely convert error signal to output voltage sent to TEC model  and TEC model behaves approximately like a two-pole system. The first pole starts at 20mHz and a second pole at 1Hz. 2011 IEEE.
