Brightness and color correction system is working for the color uniform problem of LED display. The correction system can improve LED display's quality greatly. The accuracy of the LED system must consider the accuracy requirements of the color correction system. This paper analyze the accuracy requirements from two aspects. One is that the accuracy requirements should consider the chromatic tolerance for the human eyes
the other one is that the accuracy requirements should be associated with the precision of measuring equipment. This paper discuss the accuracy requirement with the CIE1976LUV as a color space to meet the chromatic tolerance of the human eyes
and also give an explanation on how the accuracy of the measuring equipment affect the the correction system. Then this paper give a method to ensure the accuracy requirement for the correction system of a LED display. 2011 IEEE.

In order to get the higher compression quality of multispectral remote sensing image
which taken the JPEG2000 as the standard
used FPGA and special compression chip ADV212 to realize the remote sensing image compression system is proposed. The system used the specialty compression chip ADV212 which is newly relaesed by Analog Device company. It used to develop fast high-quality compression for the large amount of remote sensing image data. The system realized the image data's input
the compression stream's output
the image preprocessing as well as to control the ADV212 chip's working pattern through FPGA. The experiment result shows that this system which has such characteristics as low power consumption. low cost and easy adjustmen and has a good compressing effect. Meet the requirement of the multispectral remote sensing image's high compression ratio. 2010 IEEE.

In the application of TDI-CCD
the other is all kinds of interference noise produced in the working process of a TDI-CCD
for reset noise
because of its serious noise interference
such as reset noise and 1 / f noise
correlated double sampling is employed. The experimental results show that after noise processing
the imaging quality is reduced
etc. According to the features of noise
the output S/N has been raised to about 50 dB. 2010 IEEE.
so that it is necessary to study the noise characteristics of TDI-CCD. There are two categories of noise

An imaging system with three-waveband sharing one lens and an area CCD was developed. By rotating different filters into the beam path
the required waveband was selected. The optical system which can image in ultraviolet
visible and near infrared region was designed and the signal collecting system was integrated. The optical design and system integration have some advantages such as low cost
small size and light in weight. To obtain a high imaging quality
the radiation calibration is carried out in order to establish the relation between the average grey level of output image and the input radiance from the integrating sphere. According to the calibration data in experiments
the radiation dynamic range and the best working point of the system are determined. The experiment result shows that the dynamic range of the image system is maximal when the exposure time is 8ms in ultraviolet
0.5ms in visible and 0.125ms in near infrared region. 2010 IEEE.

With the development of optical information processing
high-resolution Fourier transform lens has often been used in holographic data storage system
spatial filtering and observation of particles. This paper studies the optical design method of high-resolution Fourier transform optical lenses system
which could be used in particles observation and holographic data storage system. According to Fourier transform relation between object and its frequency plane and the theory of geometrical optics
the system with working wavelength 532nm and resolution 3 m was designed based on ZEMAX. A multi-configuration method was adopted to optimize the system's lenses. In the optical system
a diaphragm was placed at the system's spectrum plane and the system demanded a low vacuum to cut down the influences of atmosphere and other particles. The result of finite element analysis indicated that the influences of vacuum pumping to optics spacing and mirror surface shape very minor
and the imaging quality not being affected. This system has many advantages
such as simple structure
good image quality and a high resolution of 3 m. So it has a wide application prospect and can be used both in holographic data storage system and particles observation.
