还原性无机硫  活性铁  深层柱状沉积物  硫化度  矿化度  Reduced inorganic sulfur  Reactive iron  Deep core sediments  Degree of pyritization  Degree of sulfidity  The distribution characteristics and coupling mechanism of reduced inorganic sulfur (RIS)and reactive iron in marine core sediments are closely related to the evolution of environment quality.In this study,an improved cold diffusion method and hydrochloric acid extraction method were applied to the acid-volatile sulfur (AVS),pyrite sulfur (CRS),elemental sulfur (ES),and reactive iron [Fe (Ⅱ)and Fe (III)] analyses.The distribution characteristics and coupling mechanism of S and Fe were investigated based on a core sediment 4 meters deep collected in the northern sea area of the mouth of Jiahe River,Yantai.The results showed that the RIS in sediments was dominated by CRS,followed by AVS and ES.The content of AVS presented a narrow range with depth,whereas the CRS and ES were higher at the top and bottom layers than the middle layer  reactive iron was dominated by Fe (II),which increased with depth,while Fe (Ⅲ)gradually decreased with depth.Most of the Fe (III)was reduced to the disssolved Fe(II),which was combined with the soluble H_2S of the sulfate-reducing bacteria to produce CRS and ES in the deep layer,resulting in their accumulation at the bottom of core sediments.Furthermore,this study showed that reactive iron was not a limiting factor for the accumulation of RIS with lower degree of pyritization and degree of sulfidity.

920 nm optically pumped semiconductor vertical external-cavity surface emitting laser (OPS-VECSEL) has an important application in laser display. We constructed and optimized a 920 nm OPS-VECSEL with active region of In0.09Ga0.91As quantum well (QW) system pumped by 808 nm laser diode module. By the finite element method  self-consistent solutions of the semiconductor electronic and optical equations are realized to calculate the characteristics parameters of OPS-VECSEL. The performances of device especially the mode  the threshold and the optical-optical translation efficiency were analyzed by dealing with different number of QWs (1  2 and 3) in one period  QW depth  barrier width  the component and dimension of the non-absorption layer. We chose an improved structure of them. On this basis  we ameliorated the number of QW periods and the simulation showed that in order to obtain high performance device  the choice of the number of QW periods must be cautious. A maskless nano-lithography method by using polystyrene spheres (PSs) self-assembled on silver slab (NSSL) was proposed in [optics express  Vol. 16  No. 19 (2008) 14397]. Following that  to break the limitations in resolution and PSs period of NSSL method  in this paper  we present PSs immersed super-resolution lithography (NSISL) technology by embedding the PSs into appropriate material to improve the efficiency of the surface plasmon excitation. The energy modulating mechanism and the rules of the resolution affected by silver slab were studied by calculating and analysing the energy distribution. The curve of the lithography resolution versus the silver thickness was presented. In order to verify this method  contrast analysis was carried out with NSSL. The results show that the lithography resolution is improved efficiently. Taking a specific configuration with PS diameter of 600nm as an example  the resolution was improved to 54nm from 190nm with Ag thickness of 25nm. Based on the calculation results  we carried out the experiments. Nano holes with dimension of 75nm and period of 600nm were obtained. 2012 IEEE.

For the limitation of data transmission bandwidth and real time transmission demand  generally image compression is required to implement the precise and flexible rate control algorithm. Rate control is an important issue in the image compression field. This paper considers the problem of rate allocation to each encoded segment for CCSDS image compression. One straightforward method is to allocate an equal amount of rate to each segment based on the average of the total number of compressed bytes. The obvious drawback of this method is that different segment will be reconstructed to different quality  so the overall quality of the reconstructed image will not be optimized. For the shortage of the original rate control method  as to improve the overall quality of the reconstructed image  an improved rate control algorithm is proposed for CCSDS image encoding. The key component of the proposed rate control method is the appropriate rate allocation. Experiments on the test images show that the PSNR can be increased at about 0.3dB on average  compared to the original algorithm. Therefore  experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of objective evaluation  and the rate-distortion performance of the reconstructed image is improved. 2011 IEEE.

An optical supporting structure is studied to improve its structure stiffness and reduce the rotate error to meet the requirement of aviation remote sensor. A formula to calculate fundamental frequency is proposed using Rayleigh-Ritz method  and a method of is analyzed. By means of OPTISTRUCT software  the maximum fundamental frequency is converted to object function  the deformation under the gravity and the mass are assigned to state variable  wall thicknesses of the structure are converted to design variables. The analysis and test results indicate that the fundamental frequency of designed optical supporting structure has been improved 37.2 Hz from 96.9 Hz  which guarantee the reliability of the sweep mechanism  and the rotate error is 4.89  which is satisfied for the rotate accuracy in plunge angle. The method of optimization has a certain instructional significance for the design of supporting structures in aviation remote sensor. 2011 IEEE.
