The thermal control indicators CAE methods of Space optical remote sensor are analyzed in the presented work. We sat up a thermal optical analysis model for space optical remote sensor. By assuming fully covered by in-orbit temperature load  and using the finite element method for thermal deformation analysis  we obtained the optical remote sensor surface deformation and displacement under various thermal loading. Using ZERNIKE polynomial  wave was fitted to obtain ZERNIKE polynomial coefficients which were incorporated into the optical system design. Using CODE V optical calculation software  heat-ray machines under elastic deformation of the system point spread function  transfer function (MTF)  wave front differential (WFE) etc. were calculated. Image quality changes of remote sensors are discussed in variety assumed cases such as temperature loads of quality change. By repeated iteration  critical value of temperature fields meeting the design requirements are obtained for the optical system. Optical indicators were converged to the temperature field indicator  then reasonable indicators of thermal control for remote sensors were obtained. Drift angle is a transverse intersection angle of vector of image motion of the space camera. Adjusting the angle could reduce the influence on image quality. Ultrasonic motor (USM) is a new type of actuator using ultrasonic wave stimulated by piezoelectric ceramics. They have many advantages in comparison with conventional electromagnetic motors. In this paper  some improvement was designed for control system of drift adjusting mechanism. Based on ultrasonic motor T-60 was designed the drift adjusting system  which is composed of the drift adjusting mechanical frame  the ultrasonic motor  the driver of Ultrasonic Motor  the photoelectric encoder and the drift adjusting controller. The TMS320F28335 DSP was adopted as the calculation and control processor  photoelectric encoder was used as sensor of position closed loop system and the voltage driving circuit designed as generator of ultrasonic wave. It was built the mathematic model of drive circuit of the ultrasonic motor T-60 using matlab modules. In order to verify the validity of the drift adjusting system  was introduced the source of the disturbance  and made simulation analysis. It designed the control systems of motor drive for drift adjusting system with the improved PID control. The drift angle adjusting system has such advantages as the small space  simple configuration  high position control precision  fine repeatability  self locking property and low powers. In order to satisfy requirements of real time and parallel control for the space optical remote sensor and implement the high integration of software  a kind of VxWorks-based multitask software architecture was put forward. Firstly  the technological requirements of optical remote sensor were analyzed in detail and functions and performances of the optical remote sensor were fixed. Task that was based on each function of optical remote sensor was compartmentalized. Then  software architecture of optical remote sensor was designed. Finally  experiments were carried out and results verified the accuracy and feasibility of the software architecture. Test results showed that the software architecture satisfied the requirements of real time and parallel control for the space optical remote sensor  its functions and performances met the system design target perfectly  and the software architecture was applicable to the engineering application of space instrument. 2011 IEEE.

To improve the image processing system of resolution capability and reliability  image processing system in a growing number of multi-sensor model. In this mode  the use of the current main stream single DSP + FPGA hardware architecture for image processing algorithms have already unable to meet the operational requirements of real-time. This paper proposed a new hardware architecture that is the three DSPs based on FPGA. With the traditional master-slave architectures is different  three DSP's external interfaces are connected with FPGA and other peripheral interfaces are connected to the FPGA. In the architecture  DSP is in the same position three and FPGA flow control for data management and other function to achieve. This connection has a strong restructuring and expansion  software development and more flexible. 2011 IEEE.

The paper designs a driving circuit of high sensitive  wide dynamic and high signal-to-noise ratio for binocular CCD imaging system which adopts a Dalsa-made high resolution full-frame 33-mega pixels area CCD FTF5066M. Inner structure and driving timing of the FTF5066M sensor are presented. Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is used as the main device to accomplish the timing design of the circuits and power driver control of the two sensors. By using the Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) technique  the video noise is reduced and the SNR of the system is increased. A 12- bit A/D converter is used to improve the image quality. The output rate of the imaging system designed with integrated chip can reach to 1.3 frames per second through bi-channel. For its good performance  low power consumption and small volume  the driving system can be applied to aeronautics and astronautics field. With a further improvement  a maximum data output rate of 2.7 frames per second can be reached through all the eight channels of the two CCDs. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

A new servo control methods for O-E theodolite is presented in this paper. The methods integrates optimally feed forward and feedback control  and adopts acceleration delay compensation based on velocity delay compensation  then achieves servo control of O-E theodolite effectively. Furthermore  Angular acceleration sensor is applied as information resources  and adaptive filter is formed to provide with feed forward control signal in the methods. For double closed loop servo control system of O-E theodolite  the location correction loop and velocity correction loop are analyzed and designed. Simulation and experimental results show that comparing with traditional methods  this servo control methods can improve significantly tracking precision and stability of O-E theodolite. 2010 IEEE.

A set special detecting system is proposed based on TDICCD push-broom technology applying in dynamic imaging detecting experiment of space optics remote sensor. In the system  In the course of detecting  push-broom movement of the satellite is simulated through using double supporting U structure precision rotary platform with remote sensor by angular speed 0.555/s  regard Nyquist frequency target as detecting aim  within the range of 5 and control precision on steady speed achieves 0.3%  in order to solve matching uncertainty between the CCD pixel and the vertical target strip image when the remote sensor does push-broom  make matching simplify  enhance the measurement result the accuracy. So the tolerance a/n arithmetic progression gap target strip is joined in each group of rectangular vertical group target strip. The remote sensor obtains in vertical  the level and 45 the direction 0 fields of view  0.86 the field of view Nyquist frequency target strip image after detected  a group target strip which can precision matching to TDICCD pixel at least can be obtained through analysis and dealing with 0.86 field of view's target strip image. The experiment not only verifies the detecting system's feasibility but simultaneously verifies whether to have the high quality dynamic imaging quality when TDICCD push-broom technology is adopted on the remote sensor developed. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

In order to meet special requests of optical imaging sensor in scene matching navigation system  a disc varifocal mechanism is proposed for the flight vehicles of long flying time and range. Within small space occupied  it can obtain real images with various resolutions. Moreover  using plate traveling-wave Ultrasonic Motor as its driven motor can reduce energy loss  improve control precision and ensure image obtaining being real-time and stable. Disc varifocal mechanism driven by plate traveling-wave Ultrasonic Motor is high-response  and variation in load doesn't affect its performance parameter. Therefore  applying disc varifocal mechanism in scene matching navigation system  combing software and hardware  can obviously improve the accuracy  real-time and robust of scene matching navigation system. The experiment showed that when the weight of mechanism was 1.5kg  the shortest starting was 0.6ms  and the shortest shutoff was 0.5ms. 2009 IEEE.
