The paper is committed in local image enhancement. At first, the authors propose an adjacent pixel gray order-preserving principle. Adjacent pixel gray order-preserving principle is the basement of local enhancement method which ensures that there is no distortion in processed image. And then, the authors propose an iterative algorithm, which could stretch gray-scale difference of adjacent pixels in premise of not changing gray magnitude relationship between adjacent pixels. At last, the authors propose a totally reference image quality assessment method based on adjacent pixel gray order-preserving principle. According to this quality assessment method, the authors made a set of comparative experiments with local histogram equalization and method. Experimental results show that the proposed enhancement method can get higher score and provide better visual effects, fully demonstrating its effectiveness. According to this quality assessment method, the proposed method shows a good effectiveness, through experimental results and comparison with local histogram equalization method.

Mammary gland is composed entirely of soft tissue with approximate density
therefore mammary gland CR medicine radiation image presents a low contrast
and slight difference changes may be a manifestation of tumor
so it is necessary to enhance mammary gland CR image to improve its visual quality in order to meet the demands of doctor's clinical diagnosis. However the general enhancement algorithms over enhance the contrast and noise
due to image details lost
aiming at the defects
a mammary gland CR medicine image adaptive enhancement arithmetic based on image gray entropy is put forward. The arithmetic adapts dizzy image to magnify selected spatial frequency response in order to enhance the edge details of mammary gland CR images. It can adjust weighted factor K according to image gray characteristics namely pixel gray entropy. Experiments results demonstrate that mammary gland CR image enhanced by the algorithm has abundant details and high signal-to-noise ratio
moreover
CR image enhanced has good visual effect. So the method is effective and fit for enhancing CR medical radiation image edge details. 2012 IEEE.

Using of SIFT algorithm in the image of teeth model
can detect the features of the teeth image effectively. In this approach
first
search over all scales and image locations by using a difference-of-Gaussian function to identify potential interest points that are invariant to scale and orientation. Second
select keypoints based on measures of their stability and a detailed model is fit to determine location and scale at each candidate location. Third
assign one or more orientations to each keypoint location based on local image gradient directions. Last
measure the local image gradients at the selected scale in the region around each keypoint. And then use the KNN algorithm to match the features. Through lots of experiments and comparing with other feature extraction methods
this method can detect the features of the teeth model effectively
and offer some available parameters for 3D reconstruction of the teeth model. the authors.

Software reliability analysis is a significant measure to guide design of software reliability. Now software fault tree method to carry on software reliability analysis is used more and more. But it can only qualitative carry on the analysis because of many reasons. For example
the scale of software is enlarging
the software architecture is getting more and more complex
the reason of software fault is very difficult to analyze
the software is difference with hardware
and it is very hard to obtain the expiration the quantitative data and so on. The space camera is extremely high to the reliable request. So the qualitative analysis is unable to satisfy the analysis request. In view of space camera characteristics
a method of fault tree analysis based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed. The results show that the new method makes software quantitative fault tree analysis possible and optimizes. It can also solve the problem of software component which is unable to quantize precisely. 2011 IEEE.

When the speed is low or the encoder has a low precision
speed measured by backward difference method has obvious truncation error. This will arise ripple in the control system speed response. Speed filtering can decrease the ripple
but it's not good enough
and it also induces lag. A speed feedback method based on all-state observer was introduced to improve the speed feedback performance. Experiment results show that

The experiment in the power plant burning with the mixed coal were studied and analyzed by this paper
it carried on the analysis using regression analysis's method to the tentative data to obtains the experimental correlation between the calorific capacity and the ash. Considering the safety and benefit of thermal power plant
the economic model of raw coal blending is researched. The design chooses the different pulverizing equipment and projects the different pattern pulverizing system according to the boiler's capacity of the power plant extension project and the difference of the coal type. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is used as rigorous electromagnetic analysis model to calculate the field for a diffractive microlens (DML). The FDTD is used for the entire solution rather than using a near- to far-field propagation method to obtain the far-field energy distribution
thus
all the results are vector based. We derived a formula to calculate the magnitude of electric field
which is time dependent and can be used to graphically show the light wave propagation and focusing process through a DML. Both the comparison and the integral methods are presented to obtain wave amplitude in full solution space
and the distribution of light energy behind a DML is illustrated based on the wave amplitude. The formula of diffractive efficiency of the DML is derived from a time-averaged Ponyting vector
which can indicate the propagation direction of light energy. Application of these formulations in the analysis of a DML example demonstrates the high accuracy and efficiency of our method. 2010 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
