Infrared radiation signature measurement of targets is one of important ways for target signature acquirement and target recognition. When measuring the infrared signature of a target in the atmosphere  molecules and aerosol particles in the atmosphere would attenuate the infrared radiation from the target  and at the same time  the air path radiation would be added to the target radiation. Therefore  in order to obtain the intrinsic infrared radiation of the target  it is necessary to perform atmospheric correction in the process of target radiation inversion. A model for target radiation measurement and inversion was established  and precision analysis on the model was given. A longwave infrared camera was used to perform infrared signature measurement experiment on an ISDC extended-area blackbody. Based on atmospheric parameters  the atmospheric transmittance and the air path radiation between the blackbody target and the camera were calculated by using the MODTRAN software  for use in atmospheric correction in the target radiation inversion process. The experimental results showed that radiation inversion precisions were about 7.3%9.3%. Additionally  inversion precision will improve as target temperature rises. 2010 IEEE.

Anti-radiation TSC695F is usually used as aerospace payload controller in tasks to ensure the aerospace payload having extremely high reliability in abominable space environment. The processor bases on SP ARC V7 architecture with parity check and EDAC  so it could design out high reliable bootstrap loader to guarantee the operation system of VxWorks and application codes loaded correctly and worked stable and high effective. First  this paper put forward the system hardware composition and boot mode which apply for aerospace payload  then it makes clear the related contents of register group initialization  stack initialization  system hardware initialization in bootstrap loader of TSC695F and give out the method to establish TRAP table. That's all through comparing different type of organize mode of program image. After that  compiling of target codes have been described and the kernel code of MakeFile had been given at the same time for reference aimed at the realization of engineering. Although this paper is based on TSC695F  but it could be extended to other embedded system based on SP ARC for bootstrap loader analysis and design  for example  the TSC697 which based on SP ARC V8 with higher performance  so this paper has extremely high engineering value. 2010 IEEE.

A color transfer method is presented to give fused multiband nighttime imagery a natural daytime color appearance in a simple and efficient way. Instead of using the traditional nonlinear l space  the proposed method transfers the color distribution of the target image (daylight color image) to the source image (fused multiband nighttime imagery) in the linear YCBCR color space. The YCBCR transformation is simpler and more suitable for image fusion compared to the l conversion. The YCBCR transformation can be extended into a general formalism. And the paper mathematically proves that  for color transfer  using color spaces conforming to this general YC BCR space framework can produce same recoloring results as using the YCBCR space. Experimental results demonstrate that the YCBCR based color transfer method works surprisingly well for transferring natural color characteristics of daylight color images to false color fused multiband nighttime imagery  and moreover  can also be successfully applied to recoloring a variety of color images. 2010 SPIE.
