In order to design a large aperture primary mirror with the diameter of 1150 mm  the parameters impacting on gravity deformation of the mirror were analyzed and discussed in detail  including material selection  diameter-thickness ratio  the number of the support points  location selection and lightweight structure  etc. A novel space mirror structure system was put forward  and its back was opened and supported by six points on back. The dynamic and static and thermal characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element method. Analysis results showed the surface figure accuracy reached to RMS 14.5nm under the action of gravity load along the optical axis direction and the first-order natural frequency was 214Hz which met to the designed indexes requirements. In order to solve the problem of high non-uniformity of LED display images which is caused by the edges of LED display panel during module splicing  transitional compensation algorithm is proposed by improving the existed correction technique named the correction technique based on CCD. First  introduce the three development stages of the LED display panel. Then  the realization progress of the transitional compensation algorithm is described in detail after elaborating the principle of transitional compensation. Finally  the algorithm is emplaned in a LED video control system to control the LED display panel whose display area is 1280960  and which is spliced by 3020 LED modules whose size are 6432. Experimental results show that this algorithm is able to reduce non-uniformity of LED display images from 29.3% before correcting to 0.95%. (2012) Trans Tech Publications  Switzerland.

In order to improve the quality of image transmission  this paper puts forward a box shielding method that could eliminate electromagnetic interference signal on image transmission equipments. At first  this paper analyzes the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic interference  selects the qualified shielding material and designs the structure. After that  it analyzes the descending of shielding effectiveness in the operational system  and improves the equipments shielding effectiveness by means of the electromagnetic compatibility design that accords with electromagnetic compatibility norms. At last  through the EMI radiometry  this paper confirms that the equipments are in accordance with the design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility norms. In order to study the effect of backlash nonlinear on resonance frequency of electric actuator transmission system  then  Finally  in the premise of meeting the stability  the dynamic equilibrium equation of transmission system with backlash is established  it makes dynamic simulation analysis for the transmission system based on virtual prototype technology  it establishes balanced equation of dynamics system with backlash  the effect of backlash on system natural frequency and resonance frequency  and the theoretical values and simulation values are compared. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the theoretical analysis is basically consistent with simulation results when it is zero backlash  and does some theory research and dynamic analysis of backlash nonlinearity and system natural frequency and resonance frequency. First  and the error of theoretical analysis and simulation results is within 10%. Therefore  according to describing function to theoretically model the backlash nonlinear  it can be concluded that considering the transmission system theoretical analysis of backlash nonlinearity is feasible  the relation between describing function and the amount of backlash and input amplitude is analyzed  and it is much closer to the actual system with instructive significance. 2011 IEEE.

A reimaging F/1.0 long-wavelength infrared optical system is proposed. The design has a flexible opto-mechanical layout. The design process is as follows. Firstly  the catadioptric reimaging system consists of two reflecting mirrors and a relay lenses. Two reflecting mirrors make up of the first imaging system and are therefore free of chromatic aberrations  while low dispersion lenses were used in the reimaging system  so the optical system do not need achromatic design for a high image quality. Then  to correct high-order aberrations resulting from large relative aperture  more parameters need to be used with aspheric or diffractive surfaces due to modern optic technology development. Here  aspheric is selected for easily manufacture. Finally  the design is completed with the help of ZEMAX software. The effective focal length of the objective is 120mm and the field of view (FOV) is 4. The simulated final design shows adequate image quality and the modulation transfer function (MTF) is close to diffraction limit. The effect of the surrounding environmental temperature is analyzed using the concept of thermal defocusing  and the thermal compensation is discussed. 2011 Copyright Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

A high-performance robust controller of permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive with cascade linear auto disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) is proposed. The robust controller combines the simplicity of linear controller and the merit of the auto disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). First  a systematic mathematical model is derived according to the required specifications for the PMSM drive system. Then  for the model  this paper designs the controller that includes three first-order LADRCs. The controller does not rely on the accurate mathematical model of motor. The controller can estimate and compensate the disturbances that include load disturbance and systematic parameters changes by the linear extended state observer (LESO). Simulation results show that compared with conventional PI controller  the proposed approach has strong robustness. In the same load disturbance  the speed fluctuation of the LADRCs accounts for 30% of PI controller. 2011 IEEE.
