Normalize the measured coordinates into the same world coordinate system

The development in basic technology and market strategy of solar thermal power techniques is booming rapidly due to the limited fossil resources and severe environmental problems all over the world. In this paper
the design method of heliostats field for the scale of 1MW solar power tower plant with latitude of 40.4N at the design point of the noon of spring equinox is introduced
which uses the multiplication of three efficiencies of cosine
atmospheric transmittance and intercept as the preliminary boundary limit to locate heliostats
while the spacing between heliostats is set not only for less shading and blocking
but also for the availability of installation and maintenance of heliostats. Furthermore
its optical performance tested by the software HFLD
is quite good
which has annual average efficiency of 71.36% and design point efficiency of 80%. 2012 IEEE.

Stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy exploits nonlinear saturable optical transition of fluorescent molecules
allowed to overcome Abbe's diffraction-limit and provides diffraction-unlimited resolution in far-field optical microscopy. We elaborate the mechanism of STED and the conditions of depletion. The formula of STED microcopy resolution is deduced through effective point spread function (E-PSF). The STED system resolution is mainly dominated by the quality of the fluorescence depletion patterns in the focal plane. The depletion pattern is mainly affected by STED beam intensity

In this paper
limit cycle which results from friction during low-velocity servo system has been discussed. First
the piecewise linearization method has been applied to change nonlinear stribeck model to linear model. Second
with analysis of equilibrium property
it is proved the existence of limit cycle and its certain region. The analysis reveals that it is because of stability of equilibrium repeatedly changing results in the limit cycle during low-velocity state. In addition
it also points that the key point to avoid this phenomenon is to keep robust stability of the close-loop system. 2010 IEEE.

High accuracy is required in surface testing of 90nm nodal point lithography projecting lens. By comparing various aspheric surface testing methods
the structure layout of the compensator is a meniscus positive lens combined with a Plano-convex positive lens. The design results indicate that: primary and high order aberrations are balanced well
we adopt Offner null compensator to test the aspheric surface in the point diffraction interferometer at last. In this paper

an Offner compensator is presented on the base of the third order aberration theory to test concave aspheric surface
root-mean-square (RMS) of wave front error /167. The F-number of the system can achieve F/1.64. By the analysis of the process of aspheric surface testing with the designed system
