TDI-CCD can improve the sensitivity of space camera without any degradation of spatial resolution which is widely used in aerospace imaging devices. The article describes the basic working principle and application characteristics of TDI-CCD devices
analyses the composition of TDI-CCD imaging noise
and propose a new method to analyze TDI-CCD imaging noise with statistical probability distribution. In order to estimate the distribution of gray values affect by noise we introduced the concept of skewness and kurtosis. We design an experiment using constant illumination light source
take image with TDI-CCD working at different stage such as stage 16
stage 32
stage 48
stage 64 and stage 96
analyse the characteristics of image noise with the method we proposed
experimental results show that the gray values approximately meet normal distribution in large sample cases. 2011 SPIE.

The fundamental goal of target recognition and video tracking is to match target template with source image. Most matching methods are based on image intensity or multi-feature points. And the latter method is more popular for its high accuracy and small calculation. Image Registration Based on Feature Points focus on effective feature extraction of image points and paradigm. To obtain high resolution
high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)
high reliability and real time in wide spectral range
we study the space modulation Micro Fourier Transform Spectrometer (FTS) based on multi-step mirrors covering the spectral range of 3-5m and 8-12 m in theory and experiment. The influences of spectrum reconstruction caused by the diffraction and extended light source in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) are analyzed. A method to reduce the noises in spectrum reconstruction and the relationship between coherent intensity and solid angle of light source are discussed. An extended light source with suitable size is chosen
considering the requirement of SNR and spectrum resolving power in the optical design. Furthermore
the fabrication of micro multi-step mirrors
