This paper describes a novel hierarchy algorithm for extracting bridges over water in optical images. To reduce the omission of bridges by searching the edge  we extract the river regions which the bridges are included in. Firstly  we segment the optical image to get the coarse water bodies using iterative threshold  eliminate the noise regions and add the missing regions based on k-means clustering with texture information and spatial coherence. Then  the blanks are connected based on shape features and candidate bridge regions are segmented from river regions. Finally  the bridges are verified by geometric information and the ubiety between bridges and river. The results show that this approach is efficient and effective for extracting bridges in satellite image from Google Earth and in aerial optical images acquired by unmanned aerial vehicle. 2011 IEEE.

The CCD plane of the space tridimensional mapping camera will be deviated from the focal plane(including the CCD plane deviated due to camera focal length changed)  under the condition of space environment and vibration  impact when satellite is launching  image resolution ratio will be descended because defocusing. For tridimensional mapping camera  principal point position and focal length variation of the camera affect positioning accuracy of ground target  conventional solution is under the condition of vacuum and focusing range  calibrate the position of CCD plane with code of photoelectric encoder  when the camera defocusing in orbit  the magnitude and direction of defocusing amount are obtained by photoelectric encoder  then the focusing mechanism driven by step motor to compensate defocusing amount of the CCD plane. For tridimensional mapping camera  under the condition of space environment and vibration  impact when satellite is launching  if the camera focal length changes  above focusing method has been meaningless. Thus  the measuring and focusing method was put forward based on astigmation  a quadrant detector was adopted to measure the astigmation caused by the deviation of the CCD plane  refer to calibrated relation between the CCD plane poison and the asrigmation  the deviation vector of the CCD plane can be obtained. This method includes all factors caused deviation of the CCD plane  experimental results show that the focusing resolution of mapping camera focusing mechanism based on astigmatic method can reach 0.25 m. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

A set special detecting system is proposed based on TDICCD push-broom technology applying in dynamic imaging detecting experiment of space optics remote sensor. In the system  In the course of detecting  push-broom movement of the satellite is simulated through using double supporting U structure precision rotary platform with remote sensor by angular speed 0.555/s  regard Nyquist frequency target as detecting aim  within the range of 5 and control precision on steady speed achieves 0.3%  in order to solve matching uncertainty between the CCD pixel and the vertical target strip image when the remote sensor does push-broom  make matching simplify  enhance the measurement result the accuracy. So the tolerance a/n arithmetic progression gap target strip is joined in each group of rectangular vertical group target strip. The remote sensor obtains in vertical  the level and 45 the direction 0 fields of view  0.86 the field of view Nyquist frequency target strip image after detected  a group target strip which can precision matching to TDICCD pixel at least can be obtained through analysis and dealing with 0.86 field of view's target strip image. The experiment not only verifies the detecting system's feasibility but simultaneously verifies whether to have the high quality dynamic imaging quality when TDICCD push-broom technology is adopted on the remote sensor developed. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.
