With the development of aerospace remote sensing technology  the ground resolution of remote sensing camera enhances continuously. Since there is relative motion between camera and ground target when taking pictures  the target image recorded in recording media is moved and blurred. In order to enhance the imaging quality and resolution of the camera  the image motion had to be compensated. In order to abate the effect of image motion to image quality of space camera and improve the resolution of the camera  the compensation method of image motion to space camera is researched. First  the reason of producing drift angle and adjustment principle are analyzed in this paper. This paper introduce the composition and transmission principle of image motion compensation mechanism. Second  the system adopts 80C31 as controller of drift angle  and adopts stepping motor for actuators  and adopts absolute photoelectric encoder as the drift Angle measuring element. Then the control mathematical model of the image motion compensation mechanism are deduced  and it achieve the closed-loop control of the drift angle position. At the last  this paper analyses the transmission precision of the mechanism. Through the experiment  we measured the actual precision of the image motion compensation mechanism  and compared with the theoretical analysis. There are two major contributions in this paper. First  the traditional image motion compensation mechanism is big volume and quality heavy. This has not fit for the development trend of space camera miniaturization and lightweight. But if reduce the volume and quality of mechanism  it will bring adverse effects for the precision and stiffness of mechanism. For this problem  This paper designed a image motion compensation that have some advantages such as small size  light weight at the same time  high precision  stiffness and so on. This image motion compensation can be applicable to the small optics cameras with high resolution. Second  the traditional mechanism control need to corrected  fitting and iterative for the control formula of mechanism. Only in this way  we can get the optimal control mathematical model. This paper has high precision of the control formula derived. It can achieve the high precision control without fitting  It also simplify the difficulty of control mathematical model establishment. This paper designed the range of adjusting of image motion compensation mechanism between -5 +5. Based on choosing-5  -4  -3  -2  -1  0  +1  +2  +3  +4  +4 as the expectation value of the imaginary drift angle  we get ten groups of the fact data in adjusting drift angle measured. The test results show that the precision of the drift angle control system can be achieved in 1. It can meet the system requirements that the precision of the control system is less than 3'  and it can achieve the high-precision image motion compensation. 2011 SPIE.

Computer-generated holograms (CGH) have been widely used for years in optical testing of aspheric surfaces in combination with Fizeau interferometers. With the development of diffraction optics  computer technology  and micro-processing technology  the accuracy of the CGH testing can achieve a hundredth of a wave  and the cost is reduced greatly. CGH is capable of producing an optical wavefront with any desired shape. So it is fascinating and will have good prospects to test free-form surfaces using CGH. As the CGH can create any wavefront shape  it can also be used in unsymmetrical aspherical surfaces testing. Taking the cubic surface as an example  this paper gives a method to test unsymmetrical surfaces. This paper gives the design to test a cubic surface. And the separation of the diffraction orders and the binary process of the continuous CGH phase function are discussed in detail. The alignment tolerance of the test system and the CGH fabrication tolerance are analyzed. We also present an idea using a CGH and two spherical lenses as null lens to test the cubic surface when the surface deviation is great. 2011 IEEE.

The image resolution can be improved without increasing the requirement to optical imaging systems' parameters and decreasing the size of CCD pixel by staggered arrays technology  which arranges several CCDs in a specific mode. In this paper  an image super resolution method of improving the image resolution for 1.5 times both in two directions by 4 linear arrays staggered based on this technology is presented  which avoids the large computation in a single time by use of circulation method. This method is proved effective by the digital simulation  and a simulated experiment platform is constructed to test its feasibility. The image resolution is improved for 1.42 times of the unreconstructed image according to the imaging experiment of resolution chart  which is closed to 1.5 times in ideal case. And also  the reconstructed and unreconstructed images are evaluated by the image information entropy  which proves that the reconstructed image contains more information. 2011 IEEE.

While the high-precision simulation is widely used in science and technology  Design of Experiment (DOE) based on Response Surface (RS) method can be employed in surrogate model to reduce the cost and error. In order to illustrate the relationship between parameters and response features  several DOE methods and Response Surface (RS) method are studied. The author used polynomial regression and RBF neural network based on orthogonal array to build a rocket aerodynamic discipline surrogate model respectively which proved their feasibility. From the results of the test case  conclusion is drawn that characteristic as well as acclimatization of DOE methods and different approximation should be considered for different issues  so the factors of cost and accuracy could reach a balance synthetically. 2011 IEEE.

A test method for dynamic imaging of space TDICCD (Time Delay and Integration Charge Coupled Devices) camera was presented in this paper. The test method adopted the PLL (Phase Locked Loop) technology and CMAC (Cerebella Model Articulation Controller) friction compensation as control strategy. Furthermore  According to this method  a test system for dynamic imaging of space TDICCD camera was designed and implemented. The system simulated the movement of the ground objects relative to the space aerocraft  to validate the capability of image speed match and the dynamic imaging quality of TDICCD camera. The design adopted a precision turntable and a drift turntable to simulate the movement around the earth and the drift motion in different latitude due to the rotation of earth  of the aerocraft. The turntables were drived by permanent magnet torque motor which was powered by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The system adopted DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the control core and reached a very high performance. The experimental results showed that the steady speed error was better than 0.01 % and the instantaneous speed error reached 0.0267%. The precision of the test system designed met the requirement for dynamic imaging of TDICCD camera. 2010 IEEE.

Small aircraft often used RS485 bus. But with the complexity of the small aircraft's subsystems increase and the progress of field bus technology  CAN bus systems in small aircraft use more and more widely. How to record real-time flight experiment data on the small aircraft's CAN bus and provide test data for reproducing the process of a small aircraft flying is very important. This paper presents a design method of signal acquisition device  it can be used for small aircraft flying field experiment. 2010 IEEE.  as the main chip with DSP2812  SJA1000 as CAN controller  CTM1050 as the CAN transceiver  CF card as storage media. Aircraft simulation platform is the most important supporting technology in the aircraft development process. This simulation platform can be used for validating the design of subsystem and also it provides the necessary data for the Aircraft design. Wind has great impact on the flight parameter. In order to accurately simulate the wind model and calculate the flight parameters  a simulation modeling method for flight parameter simulation platform under wind field environment is established. Firstly  the various sub-systems which affecting flight parameters are analyzed  some mathematical models of the flight parameter simulation platform is established. Secondly  the atmospheric wind field is studied to analyze the impact on its trajectory. Then the model is built in the Simulink toolbox in the Matlab which is based on the principles of hierarchy and modularity  using C MEX S-function for the complex kinetic equations. Finally  when the models have been established  encapsulating models for several subsystem and assembling them for the Aircraft simulation platform based on the unified interface. The simulation tests (including the performance test of a certain gliding Aircraft  the wind influence test of a certain uncontrolled aircraft) prove the simulation capability of the platform  and its calculating step can reach 1 ms. Comparing simulation with field test data of a certain uncontrolled aircraft  it shows that the relative deviation of range is 0.47%  the relative deviation of maximal altitude is 2.1%. Taking relevant standards as a reference standard  it is demonstrated the platform is reliable  meets the engineering accuracy requirements. 2010 IEEE.

A novel facet coating technology is presented by studying catastrophic optical mirror damage mechanism of semiconductor laser. In this technology  semiconductor laser are cleaved in the air  and the surface oxide layer is removed with a low energy ion source  flowed immediately by coating the facet with thin ZnSe layer of 20 nm. The function of this layer is to protect semiconductor laser facet  and prevent impurity particles diffusing to the facet. Finally the facet is coated with oxidative optical film. The test results show that the output power of the semiconductor laser with the ZnSe coated layer is 13% higher than that of the Si coated layer  and 47% higher than that of the oxide coated film. The device coated oxide film is damaged when current is 4.5 A  and the device coated with Si layer is damaged when current is 5.5 A  the final failed device is coated with ZnSe layer. In conclusion  the method of coating ZnSe layer on the semiconductor laser facet can prevent effectively the catastrophic optical mirror damage  and increase the output power of semiconductor lasers. 2010 IEEE.

In order to apply the electromechanical actuator to tactical mini-missiles  maximum rotational speed of output shafts is greater than 250/s. Test results basically correspond to the requirement of technical indexes. It is proved that this analysis and design method is congruent with the design of micro-electromechanical actuators  this paper researches on the key technology such as load-bearing ability  the system bandwidth can reach 25.3Hz on the condition of no load and 23.4Hz on the condition of load  thus the method is feasible. 2010 IEEE.  rapidity and miniaturization of the micro-electromechanical actuator power system based on the ball screw. First  according to specific technical indexes  the power  electromechanical time constant and the size of the motors are screened originally through theoretical analysis. Finally  based on the characteristics of ball screw transmission  load locus of the micro-electromechanical actuator dynamic system is theoretically analyzed and the optimum speed ratio is determined through parameter optimization.
