In order to overcome the distortion problem of CCD driving signals caused by signal transmission  the detail implementation of transmission of high-speed CCD driving signals based on transmission line theory is discussed. The CCD driving signals are critical to the CCD to produce high quality images. In high speed application these drivers will occupy more circuit board areas and can not be put very close to the CCD. So the driving signals must be transmitted. Because the CCD exhibits capacitive load  the driving signals distortion problem is much severe. Transmission line theory is used to analyze the problem. The method of source termination is adopted to avoid signal reflections. Meanwhile the characteristic impedance of the circuit board and the resistance of terminal resistor are designed small enough to decrease the rising and falling time of the driving signals. Experimental results show that there is no distortion of the high speed driving signals after transmission. 2011 IEEE.

Metallic mesh has been widely used in electromagnetic interference windows. While the duty ratio of curved mesh equals to planar mesh'  the theory of planar mesh may be applied to curved mesh according to equivalent-circuit model. So the idea that latitude lines intersect latitude lines to form isometric mesh on the concave of a sphere is put forward  and the method of fabricating the mesh by concentric optical scan is introduced. The movement parts of equipment consist of an erection turning  a horizontal dividing and a pitching dividing spindle. Firstly  a spherical substrate is fixed on the horizontal dividing spindle that has been set horizontally on the erect turning spindle  the substrate revolves around the axis of the erect spindle  the tube of object lens that is fixed on the pitching dividing spindle steps at pitching direction  and a revolving circuit of the substrate corresponds to a step of the tube. Gradually  a set of latitude lines is attained. Afterward  the substrate makes a quarter turn around the horizontal spindle  another orientation latitude lines are also gained. Thus  the isometric mesh on the concave of a spherical substrate is gained. The process comprises surface cleaning  coating photoresist  laser direct writing  development  evaporated film  dissolving photoresist and plating. The fabricated spherical mesh has a line width of 7 m and a period of 600m. Experiment shows that infrared transmission and electromagnetism shield efficiency of the metallic mesh are relatively consistent with theoretical value.

Photolithography shutter is usually used to control exposure in order to obtain patterns of code disc and metrology grating which are the core components of optical shaft encoder. But perforated film as photolithography shutter has many disadvantages such as taking too long time to perforate  easily making wrong code  lower reusable ratio. Mathematical models for resist property  luminous efficiency and exposure have been established by deducing their relations for avoiding the disadvantages  which provides the theory of using liquid crystal light valve (LCLV) replacing proforated film. Based on operating principles of LCLV and control theories of photolithography shutter  the principle diagram of control circuit of LCLV arrays has been designed according to theirs control principles. In the control system  LCLV arrays as photolithography shutter are realized by adopting DS75451 to drive them and using AT89C51 chip to control them. By photolithographic experiment  the patterns of code disc are good  the edges of lines are vertical  it indicates LCLV arrays as photolithography shutter may control exposure and light passing accords with the intending requires. It proves using LCLV arrays replacing perforated film as photolithography shutter is feasible completely.
