This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture  plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI  a real LABTM  and a real absolute Inductosyn  encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model  it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms  and rate loop is 8ms  overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally  the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec  and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. To solve the best-fit sphere (BFS) accurately is one of the technological keys for the generating and testing of optical aspherical surfaces. This paper presents a new algorithm for solving the BFS of aspherical surfaces to suppress some deficiencies in the existing BFS algorithms. In the proposed approach  it is not only suitable for the conic surface  a BFS is constructed  but also for higher order aspheres. The obtained asphericity and material removal function is more suitable for the machining and test. (2012) Trans Tech Publications  which passes through both sides of endpoints in the section o -?xy of the aspherical surfaces  Switzerland.  the center of the BFS is shifted along the x-axis  and its radius of curvature is automatically computed. The variable step size method is proposed to speed up the convergence of the iteration. Through numerically solving the BFS of conic and cubic surface  the advantages of the proposed approach are verified. The results show that the proposed approach is of rapid convergence  and high accuracy

In order to increase the electromagnetic torque density of micromotor with axial magnetic field  numerical analysis of permanent magnetic field and electromagnetic torque were deduced and the key factors of increasing torque density of micromotor was obtained. The numerical analysis of three-dimensional magnetic field in air gap produced by spliced sector permanent magnetic poles is done  and the way of improving flux density and permanent magnet use efficiency are given through investigating the influence of magnet thickness  height of air gap and pole interval rate and other parameters to air gap flux density and leakage flux. Based on the test of axial magnetic field and torque characteristic of micromotor  the analysis of micromotor magnetic field and calculation of torque are verified  meanwhile using the plane stator with 0.7mm thickness assemble micromotor having minimum air gap height of 1mm and its torque constant up to 3.8mNm/A. 2012 IEEE.

Support structure of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) engine is the important support for UAV engine  playing a support role and bearing extremely complex load  so its lightweight  strength and dynamic characteristics have a great influence on high performance of UAV. This paper focuses on UAV having the requirement of high performance and stability to the support structure of engine  and uses the software of MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran and topology optimization criterion to lightweight design and analysis the support structure of UAV engine under the premise condition of existing constraints. Then the static strength and modal are analyzed for the result of lightweight design  and the strength of the model and dynamic characteristics are verified. For the factors of increased of tasks  enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera  application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background  this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive  cache  checkout and storage update data. Finally  combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection  the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.
