This paper put forward a kind of predigest laser combine bind and extend bind flat roof structure
which is founded as fission flat roof
and can be built in an little room 1280mm990mm815mm. This flat roof space location can be adjusted. This kind of seat can ensure the system complete laser combine and close as high precision. In this paper we designed the laser combine and close whole structure and install design. At last we did some finite statics analysis to some important parts. This design can ensure every laser fire directional adjust mete lower 30'
and the flat roof quality is 770kg. The transition benchmark flat roof system most meet and emergency is 0.005mm at the premise of bear the weight of turn flat laden. It can be seen that this structure can satisfy the request of many lasers small space laser extend bind and adjust. We use finite difference time domain (FDFD) method as rigorous vector analysis model to simulate the focusing process of diffractive microlens (DML). Differing with most analysis model which the near field distributions are calculated by FDTD and then far field are obtained by using of propagation method
we obtain the fields in whole computational space by using of FDTD only. The advantages are that all the results are vector based and the computational time is saved greatly. In this paper
we present two methods to obtain wave amplitude
one is comparison method
and the other is integral method. Depending on wave amplitude in the whole computational space
one can conveniently obtain distributions of electric field intensity and calculate the time-average Poynting vector. We also present the formulation for calculating diffractive efficiency of DML based on time-average Poynting vector which denotes energy flow. As demonstration
a DML is analyzed by using of these algorithms. The time depended graphic results of FDTD show the process of wave propagation. The distribution of electric field intensity illustrates the focusing of the normal incident light. The focus pattern in the focal plane is also show. The diffractive efficiency of the DML is calculated by using of the energy flow method in this paper. The results show the high accuracy and efficiency of the model. 2009 SPIE.

The infrared radiation character (temperature and efficiency radiation area) of a space object is an important characteristic
we can judge the state of the object working in orbit by measuring temperature and variety. Due to lower temperature of the object and far distance between the object and the earth
the infrared radiation signal is faintness
therefore temperature and the infrared radiation character is difficult to measure. There are several methods to measure the temperature of the object in theory and each one has its applicability respectively
such as applying Wien Law to compute temperature
based on Stefan-Bolzmann law to compute temperature and utilizing multi-spectrum detector to measure temperature As a whole these methods are based on the hypothesis that the object is a Black-body or the radiance emissivity is constant. In fact
homochromatic radiance of object is not a constant but a function that changes with wavelength. Since the problem that an object whose homochromatic radiance s not a constant which results in temperature can not be computed accurately
we bring forward a method to contrast the luminance of the object at different wavelengths and deduce the relationship among homochromatic radiance and wavelength and the temperature of Black-body

The biochemical analysis in medicine is an important inspection and diagnosis method in hospital clinic. The biochemical analysis of urine is one important item. The Urine test paper shows corresponding color with different detection project or different illness degree. The color difference between the standard threshold and the test paper color of urine can be used to judge the illness degree

the estimation method of color difference in urine test can have better precision and facility than the conventional test method with one-dimensional reflectance

the color image of urine test paper is taken by popular color digital camera and saved in the computer which installs a simple color space conversion (RGB &rarr XYZ &rarr L*a*b*) and the calculation software. Test sample is graded according to intelligent detection of quantitative color. The images taken every time were saved in computer
and the whole illness process will be monitored. This method can also use in other medicine biochemical analyses that have relation with color. Experiment result shows that this test method is quick and accurate
