As the crucial structure of aerial camera
sca reflector is always requested with high performance of control precision
stable running and rapid responding. The paper introduces a kind of method about current loop control system which is based on position and velocity dual-closed loop control system. This method improves effectively the performance of velocity closed loop control system and amplifies the gain of low frequency. The results show applying these control methods
the influence of the torque ripple has decrease 50% and the compensation rate precsion has promoted double. 2011 IEEE.

Based on the principle of gyroscope and the structure of gyro stabilized platform
this paper gives the analysis and comparison of control strategies for stable platform included classical PID control
and three kinds of advanced strategies: Fuzzy Control
Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control and Active Disturbance Rejection Control. The compensation methods for stable platform's error are also discussed and evaluated based on the sources of error
especially for the non-linear friction and gyro drift. The paper provides the reliable methods for recognizing and improving the accuracy of gyro stabilized platform from the control strategies and error compensations. 2011 Chinese Assoc of Automation.

A new servo control methods for O-E theodolite is presented in this paper. The methods integrates optimally feed forward and feedback control
and adopts acceleration delay compensation based on velocity delay compensation
then achieves servo control of O-E theodolite effectively. Furthermore
Angular acceleration sensor is applied as information resources
and adaptive filter is formed to provide with feed forward control signal in the methods. For double closed loop servo control system of O-E theodolite
the location correction loop and velocity correction loop are analyzed and designed. Simulation and experimental results show that comparing with traditional methods
this servo control methods can improve significantly tracking precision and stability of O-E theodolite. 2010 IEEE.

When infrared optical system works in a large temperature range
the thermal effect of optical lens and optical tube will produce image plane shift and lead to imaging quality deterioration. In order to eliminate the thermal aberration
the athermalization design principles of infrared optical system were introduced
and some commonly used methods of thermal difference compensation were described. Proceeding from single lens
the thermal difference caused by temperature changing was analyzed
and the relationship between temperature and focus shift was obtained. Considering optical tube thermal expansion
a set of equations to estimate the thermal difference of lens group was given. Finally
an infrared optical imaging system that can work under the temperature range of -40C to 60C was design according to athermal technique
in which a new mechanical passive temperature compensation was proposed. Through simulation
the athermalization design could make imaging plane shift the smallest. The simulation results coincided with the theoretical formula
and the design had reference value in engineering. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

Reference level involute is used for evaluating other involutes
but it is very difficult to measure reference level involute exactly. Nowadays the available methods for measuring precise involute include single base disc mode
electronic generation mode
and CNC three-coordinate mode. But measurement accuracy of the modes above is not suitable for reference level involute. A precise instrument for measuring reference level involute
double base discs instrument
is introduced. It is consistent with generation principle of the involute entirely. Besides having the advantages of single basic disc instrument
the instrument can remove Abbe error caused by the stylus
and has no pressure deforming. The instrument's structure is described. The main sources of measurement errors are analyzed and methods for compensation are presented. Finally
uncertainty of the instrument is given
which meets reference level involute test specification.
