An algorithm for estimating displacement of the moving target and background by shift theory of Fourier transform is presented. According to the relation between the change and the Fourier transform of image sequence
the method employs the displacement value of the moving target and background by the difference of Fourier phase spectrum. The algorithm estimates the movements from the whole field of the image with excellent global property. This paper provides the calculus and experiments of the algorithm which show the accuracy of 1 pixel. 2010 IEEE.

The real color video consumes much transfer bandwidth and the resource of the hardware. A new approach is introduced to process the real color video images in real-time using color components combination to fit to the limited transmission bandwidth. The Y

V planes of video images are packed to construct a 2 dimensional complex array. Through the decomposition of frequency domain
the Y
U
V frequency can be got respectively by performing Fourier transform a time on the specific complex array. These frequencies can be filtered to generate the final filtered images. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm is 3X speed compared to the traditional algorithm
and it reduces 1/3 bandwidth of video data stream. 2010 IEEE.

In order to acquire the information of railway binary frequency-shift keying signals
which include upper/down side frequencies and base low-frequency with high-accuracy
a novel frequency detection algorithm for France UM-71 system is proposed. Combining fast Fourier transform with the ratio correction method
the carrier frequency and the base frequency are obtained. Furthermore
the hardware consumption has been decreased. And it possesses the advantage of simple algorithm and fast operation speed. Comparing with the detection of the base frequency
the upper/down side frequency of railway signal is more difficult. Based on spectrum analysis and the spectrum correction
a new method
which adopts the sliding window
is put forward in this paper. The absolute differences between the upper side frequencies and the down side frequencies obtained are regarded as the criterion for judgment. Then the set of data
in which the maximum absolute value is
is to be the result of the upper/down side frequency. Because the sliding window will go through every stage when the upper/down side frequency changes
therefore
it is not sensitive enough to the position of data which need to be transformed. Using the method mentioned above
the experiment results show that the accuracy requirement of the side frequency is satisfied well. 2008 IEEE.
