The device simulated the positional relationship of the sky and ground in the laboratory when aerial camera flies at high altitude. And it can be used to inspect camera image quality of aerial camera flying at high altitude in laboratory. At a same time  the article focuses on this servo control system of device  building a control model  and giving control strategy. The servo control system was proved stably and reliably after experimental verification. And it provides a strong guarantee for the test of the dynamic image. In calibration procedure  sub-pixel center extraction is the crucial step for the final accuracy. In this paper  a new sub-pixel extraction method is proposed. Edge detection at pixel level is obtained using LOG operator  then sub-pixel edge detection is realized using the Facet model. Finally  the least squares ellipse fitting is operated on the sub-pixel edge to determine the sub-pixel center. Experiment on a series of simulated images indicates that this algorithm is able to realize the center location accuracy of 0.01-0.02 pixel  and meets the requirement of sub-pixel level. The data include the sensor data from TS02 total station and the data from the CCD processing system. It was introduced that the TS02 total station which produced by the Leica company. The protocol of I2C bus is simulated by software. System works in the timing interrupt way. The angle error is calculated and transferred to remote receive device. All data is displayed on LCD. The hardware and software design method is present. The system has been applied to the angle monitor equipment. Actual star image adding optical cross-talk effect of CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)  detector is simulated by non-sequential ray tracing in ZEMAX optical design and analysis software to evaluate its performance. The distortion relative to image spot centriod is introduced and calculated by simulated star images  which is less than 0.03% of lens in this paper. Thermal adaptability is discussed by opt-mechanic thermal analysis  which shows the RMS spot radius of marginal filed changes less than 0.7m under 10C temperature gradient  and changes less than 1m during homogeneous temperature changing from 40C to 40C. The results of analyses and simulations show the design of this lens can achieve the requirement of high precision CMOS star sensor well. 2011 IEEE.
