In order to realize high efficiency and flexible manufacturing for rotary surfaces  equivalent stress in sheet metal's center region and bendable rollers active region exceeds yield stress  efficient spinning technology (EST) is researched. It is the combination of multi-point forming and traditional spinning. Principle of EST is described  and plastic deformation is generated  traditional spinning method is compared with it  experimental result accords with simulation result. Feasibility of EST is validated by simulation and experimental results. (2011) Trans Tech Publications.  and characteristics of it are analyzed. Finite element analysis (FEA) model of disc-shape part is established  EST process is analyzed  equivalent stress and plastic strain distributions are analyzed. EST equipment is developed  and the experiments are made. Results indicate: EST process consists of four stages

Cubic B-splines is widely applied in non-rigid registration because of its approximation performance and fast computational characteristics. However  a small scale non-rigid deformation is needed to characterize by a large number of control points. Moreover  an iterative optimization strategy of the non-rigid registration algorithm and the normalized mutual information (NMI) cost a great quantity calculation. So  the process of the non-rigid registration is slowed by calculations of NMI in a iterative optimization strategy. In this paper  a parallel optimization algorithm based on cubic B-splines functions is proposed to parallelize the optimization algorithm of the nonrigid registration and the calculations of normalize mutual information. In practice  a fast algorithm of cubic B-splines is used and the control points are only distributed on the targets. Experiments show that the use of the fast algorithm and the parallel optimization strategy improves the non-rigid registration process of medical images. 2011 IEEE.

SiC is a preferential material for space large aperture mirror at present. Aperture of 1 meter sic mirror can meet most requirements of space optical systems. For larger aperture sic mirror  it is not economical and safe to make the monolithic body directly. The SiC mirror brazed assembly with several segments can solve these problems. In this paper  one 600 mm sic plane mirror as demonstration welded with 3 radial segments is roughly grinded to the required figure at first  then the mirror is finely grinded and polished by CCOS technology  the RMS of the figure error is less than 1/20 ( = 632.8nm) finally. The problems of the preferential removal near braze joint and material removing rate influenced by deformation of mirror surface are solved. Methods of reducing the residual stress of mirror are discussed. At last  some measurements and experiments are carried on  and the results conclude that the brazed SiC mirror can meet the requirement of large aperture optical systems. 2009 SPIE.
