Airborne electro-optical stable platform can isolate movement and vibration of the airframe
stabilizes the optic axis of the photoelectic detector
realize the observation and tracking for the object. It has comprehensive application value in army and cicil field. Most of present airborne platforms are analogic control system
digital control system can improve the system general performance
digital control is the development direction of platform systems. In view of the requirements of isolating disturbances and stabilizing optical axis of high-precision photoelectric guidance system
a three-axis stabilized platform system centering on the rate gyro was designed. The disturbance-isolation theory of the stabilized platform was analyzed and the control structure including multiple closed-loops was designed. At last a controller of the servo system based on TMS320F2812 DSP has been designed. Experiment results meet the technical index and precision requirement
and illustrate the practicability and effectiveness of the scheme. 2011 IEEE.

The opto-electronic platform is the main equipment for aviation reconnaissance. It is a surveillance system with the function of search
recognition orientation and tracking by opto- electronic instruments. It is made up of opto-electronic instruments which are used to get high quality image
and stabilization tracking system to control stabilization and gesture of platform for exact tracking. The opto-electronic platform purpose is to achieve high quality image. Besides the impact of optic system
the image quality of the system is influenced greatly in the vibration environment. The research worked by Zhao peng which demonstrated the affection caused by angular vibration was worse than which caused by line vibration
and what was multiplied direct ratio with plane altitude. So it is necessary to design a new device which could be used widely and has good angular vibration isolation effect. According to the theory of parallelogram
the non-angular vibration device had been designed with spatial links
and the theory of non-angular vibration was analyzed. The three-dimensional model was set with UG
the analysis was done by ADAMS/vibration software. The acceleration and displacement response of the device in each direction was calculated by inspiriting it with sine wave of the acceleration in three directions
and the stiffness and damp were studied. All the work prove the design principle of the device is reasonable
and the device is adopted to keep the platform motion moving horizontally
at the meantime the device is good at isolating vibration in all directions. 2010 SPIE.

STIM (Solar Total Irradiance Monitor) can be used on sun-synchronous polar orbit weather satellites to measure the total solar irradiance. It contains three independent and identical wide view absolute radiometers. They are mounted on the satellite in an angle which ensure the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers. This measurement method doesn't need the instrument tracking the sun but the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers in each orbit cycle. The paper presents the measurement method of simulation for solar irradiance measurement and calibration by mounting the instrument on a two-axis rotation table. By controlling the rotation angle velocity of the instrument in the meridian direction being the same as that of the weather satellite's on orbit
we can measure the solar irradiance when the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers to simulate the onboard state. And we have operated the measurement with the prototype of STIM. The SIAR-1 is traceable to WRR and serves as a transfer standard. So simultaneous comparison measurements between SIAR-1 and each of the three wide view absolute radiometers are measured to provide calibration corrections to the instrument. And we have a further study at the influence of stray light to the measurement results. This paper presents the method of simulation experiment and calibration for solar irradiance measurement with Solar Total Irradiance Monitor on board.
