A 50mm focal length  F/1.25  Gaussian type optical system is designed in this paper  which has 20field of view. Actual star image adding optical cross-talk effect of CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)  detector is simulated by non-sequential ray tracing in ZEMAX optical design and analysis software to evaluate its performance. The distortion relative to image spot centriod is introduced and calculated by simulated star images  which is less than 0.03% of lens in this paper. Thermal adaptability is discussed by opt-mechanic thermal analysis  which shows the RMS spot radius of marginal filed changes less than 0.7m under 10C temperature gradient  and changes less than 1m during homogeneous temperature changing from 40C to 40C. The results of analyses and simulations show the design of this lens can achieve the requirement of high precision CMOS star sensor well. 2011 IEEE.

Electrostatic membrane mirror is ultra-lightweight and easy to acquire a large diameter comparing with traditional optical elements  so its development and usage is the trend of future large mirrors. In order to research the control method of the static stretching membrane mirror  the surface configuration must be tested. However  membrane mirror's shape is always changed by variable voltages on the electrodes  and the optical properties of membrane materials using in our experiment are poor  so it is difficult to test membrane mirror by interferometer and null compensator method. To solve this problem  an automatic optical test procedure for membrane mirror is designed based on Hartmann screen method. The optical path includes point light source  CCD camera  splitter and diffuse transmittance screen. The spots' positions on the diffuse transmittance screen are pictured by CCD camera connected with computer  and image segmentation and centroid solving is auto processed. The CCD camera's lens distortion is measured  and fixing coefficients are given to eliminate the spots' positions recording error caused by lens distortion. To process the low sampling Hartmann test results  Zernike polynomial fitting method is applied to smooth the wave front. So low frequency error of the membrane mirror can be measured then. Errors affecting the test accuracy are also analyzed in this paper. Three-linear array tridimensional mapping camera consists of three independent linear CCD cameras. Unique position must be kept among the three linear CCD cameras. Optical lens is one of pivotal parts  MTF  the ground resolution power is 5m  resolving power  the distortion is 3/10000. They meet the need of user. 2009 SPIE.  distortion are its important techno-items. The optical lens of space tridimensional mapping camera is the key to accomplish the tridimensional mapping mission. In order to meet the need of user  a design on optical lens of transmission semi-telecentric beam path in image space is expounded  and assembly method based on DFT(Design For Test) of single lens suit and whole optical lens are expounded. The test results indicates that the MTF of optical lens referred in the paper is 0.45(@77lp/mm)
