Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements  it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%  under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment  and the formula is 4.9%  MODTRAN and other software likewise  which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article  the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%  in the process of deducing and experiment  it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason  the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved  it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article  which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. A comparison study on temperature measurement precision between middlewave 3-5m and longwave 8-12m measuring thermal imaging systems has been conducted. The study was limited to systems working in indoor conditions and the target's temperature is in the range of 270K900K. First  the Disturb Resisting Function (DRF) of infrared systems is deduced. On the base of DRF curve  we find that the middlewave infrared system get the smaller influences under the same size disturb compared with the longwave system. A theory of the influence of target's physical characteristic and measurement conditions on the accuracy of temperature measurements has been developed. On the basis of the developed formulas an analysis of the influence of signal disturbances (because of incorrectly assumed emissivity  limited transmittance of the atmosphere  radiation reflected by the object and shift of optics radiation) on the accuracy of temperature measurement has been made. It has been found that the middlewave systems in typical temperature range offer generally better accuracy in temperature measurement than the longwave ones do. 2012 IEEE.

To develop a lift early warning infrared device  as a part of land or boat (ship) early warning system  the system has the ability to target pre-discovery and instructions invasion. Methods: In support of distant air situation  alerts the enemy aircraft  missiles and other long-range goals  obtain the target type and preliminary judgment of grade  deliver the alarm information to the command system. The infrared alarm device detects the target's own infrared radiation passively  alarms the incoming targets at low altitude and low altitude remote  when radar and other equipment is out of work. Results: The accuracy of entire system reached 20 according the analysis. Conclusions: The device has a full range of complex background  with high sensitivity  high resolution  anti-jamming  fast response time and other characteristics. This paper proposed a sub-pixel image correlation algorithm that can get more Precise result  its principle is apply the distribute of relativity peak to get weighted multi-pixel comprehensive of location. Image correlation be as to calculates the greyscale relativity of image template and matching image  the relativity of correspond location where match best with template will be most high  and in its neighbour range  the relativity will be still keep high too. We used these pixel in this local area of calculated match point to get sub-pixel accuracy  the relativity of every pixel be used as its weight for participate the sub-pixel calculation. The sub-pixel location is more accuracy than the integer one  we applied this method to perform background compensation in processing the target detecting for video image sequence. At the end of this paper  some experiment data be proposed  it proved this sub-pixel image correlation can obtain better result. 2011 SPIE.

The airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform should have the characteristics of high requirements for stability  tracking accuracy and lightweight. In order to verify the rationality of the main load-bearing structure  the inner-gimbal  finite element analysis was performed. Because of the poor working conditions of the airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform and the wide range of working temperature variation  -45 C 60 C  according to the actual working environment  air-resistance and temperature were added to the loads of the inner-gimbal in analysis. What's more  based on the analysis results  lightweight design was performed to the initial model and 64.37% of mass was decreased. The remarkable effect was obtained. This research is going to be instructive to design and production of the airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform in the future. 2011 IEEE.

A non-linear light-of-sight(LOS) locating compensation algorithm for certain aerial remote sensor is presented in this paper. The LOS locating system is composed of two main components  which are an inertial reference frame to provide coarse LOS locating and a 2-axis Fast Steering Mirror to remove the frame's residual error. The azimuth and elevation of LOS are both affected by the FSM two-degree-of-freedom rotation  which should be dealt with to raise the accuracy of LOS location. This paper extrapolates LOS locating algorithm of FSM by coordinate transformation  and gives corresponding deviation analysis for different LOS poiting angles. It is found that the angle deviation grows rapidly with range of FSM's travel enlarging  so the deviation must be eliminated. Through the data analysis for deviation  a non-linear compensation algorithm is proved effective to reduce the error of LOS significantly. Taking LOS changing in [-3 deg  3 deg] as an example  two analytic expressions are given  and the LOS locating accuracy rises by 34 times compared with non-linear compensation unused  and the cross coupling of LOS loating is 0.08%. 2011 IEEE.

Aircraft simulation platform is the most important supporting technology in the aircraft development process. This simulation platform can be used for validating the design of subsystem and also it provides the necessary data for the Aircraft design. Wind has great impact on the flight parameter. In order to accurately simulate the wind model and calculate the flight parameters  a simulation modeling method for flight parameter simulation platform under wind field environment is established. Firstly  the various sub-systems which affecting flight parameters are analyzed  some mathematical models of the flight parameter simulation platform is established. Secondly  the atmospheric wind field is studied to analyze the impact on its trajectory. Then the model is built in the Simulink toolbox in the Matlab which is based on the principles of hierarchy and modularity  using C MEX S-function for the complex kinetic equations. Finally  when the models have been established  encapsulating models for several subsystem and assembling them for the Aircraft simulation platform based on the unified interface. The simulation tests (including the performance test of a certain gliding Aircraft  the wind influence test of a certain uncontrolled aircraft) prove the simulation capability of the platform  and its calculating step can reach 1 ms. Comparing simulation with field test data of a certain uncontrolled aircraft  it shows that the relative deviation of range is 0.47%  the relative deviation of maximal altitude is 2.1%. Taking relevant standards as a reference standard  it is demonstrated the platform is reliable  meets the engineering accuracy requirements. 2010 IEEE.
