Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements  it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%  under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment  and the formula is 4.9%  MODTRAN and other software likewise  which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article  the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%  in the process of deducing and experiment  it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason  the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved  it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article  which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. Most conventional spacious solar photoelectric detection systems suffer from unexpected stray light. This paper demonstrates the effects on photoelectric detection system bring out by stray light. On this foundation  build up evaluation index of stray light system  to search the reasonable programme to eliminating stray light. A detailed telescope system geometry model was created  and scatter models were create for telescope and enclosure components. By the means of designing the structure of main baffle  baffle vane and the coating technology. In order to verify the prosperity of structure that designed  we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. we utilizes software to analysis opto-mechanical model. The simulations show that point source transmittance of the system is thus reduced by up to two orders of magnitude between 10-8 and 10-10. Meanwhile  the experiment obtains clean detection data which satisfies the system requirements. Stray light has been suppressed effectually  and so measurement precision was improved from detection graphics. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

Laser pulse code is an anti-jamming measures used in semi-active laser guided weapons. On account of the laser-guided signals adopting pulse coding mode and the weak signal processing  it need complex calculations in the frequency measurement process according to the laser pulse code signal time correlation to meet the request in optoelectronic countermeasures in semi-active laser guided weapons. To ensure accurately completing frequency measurement in a short time  it needed to carry out self-related process with the pulse arrival time series composed of pulse arrival time  calculate the signal repetition period  and then identify the letter type to achieve signal decoding from determining the time value  number and rank number in a signal cycle by Using CPLD and DSP for signal processing chip  designing a laser-guided signal frequency measurement in the pulse frequency measurement device  improving the signal processing capability through the appropriate software algorithms. In this article  we introduced the principle of frequency measurement of the device  described the hardware components of the device  the system works and software  analyzed the impact of some system factors on the accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results indicated that this system improve the accuracy of the measurement under the premise of volume  real-time  anti-interference  low power of the laser pulse frequency measuring device. The practicality of the design  reliability has been demonstrated from the experimental point of view.
