还原性无机硫  活性铁  深层柱状沉积物  硫化度  矿化度  Reduced inorganic sulfur  Reactive iron  Deep core sediments  Degree of pyritization  Degree of sulfidity  The distribution characteristics and coupling mechanism of reduced inorganic sulfur (RIS)and reactive iron in marine core sediments are closely related to the evolution of environment quality.In this study,an improved cold diffusion method and hydrochloric acid extraction method were applied to the acid-volatile sulfur (AVS),pyrite sulfur (CRS),elemental sulfur (ES),and reactive iron [Fe (Ⅱ)and Fe (III)] analyses.The distribution characteristics and coupling mechanism of S and Fe were investigated based on a core sediment 4 meters deep collected in the northern sea area of the mouth of Jiahe River,Yantai.The results showed that the RIS in sediments was dominated by CRS,followed by AVS and ES.The content of AVS presented a narrow range with depth,whereas the CRS and ES were higher at the top and bottom layers than the middle layer  reactive iron was dominated by Fe (II),which increased with depth,while Fe (Ⅲ)gradually decreased with depth.Most of the Fe (III)was reduced to the disssolved Fe(II),which was combined with the soluble H_2S of the sulfate-reducing bacteria to produce CRS and ES in the deep layer,resulting in their accumulation at the bottom of core sediments.Furthermore,this study showed that reactive iron was not a limiting factor for the accumulation of RIS with lower degree of pyritization and degree of sulfidity.

920 nm optically pumped semiconductor vertical external-cavity surface emitting laser (OPS-VECSEL) has an important application in laser display. We constructed and optimized a 920 nm OPS-VECSEL with active region of In0.09Ga0.91As quantum well (QW) system pumped by 808 nm laser diode module. By the finite element method  self-consistent solutions of the semiconductor electronic and optical equations are realized to calculate the characteristics parameters of OPS-VECSEL. The performances of device especially the mode  the threshold and the optical-optical translation efficiency were analyzed by dealing with different number of QWs (1  2 and 3) in one period  QW depth  barrier width  the component and dimension of the non-absorption layer. We chose an improved structure of them. On this basis  we ameliorated the number of QW periods and the simulation showed that in order to obtain high performance device  the choice of the number of QW periods must be cautious. To improve the fidelity of nanostructures in transfer process  a composite stamp with reasonable hardness distribution in 184 PDMS used to nanoimprint was studied. The stamp is composed of a stiff 184 PDMS structured layer and a soft 184 PDMS supporter layer. We studied the relationship between the hardness of the 184 PDMS and the proportion of each component in 184 PDMS. The appropriate components proportions of prepolymer and curing agent corresponding to the different region of the composite stamp were presented. The fabrication method of the stamp is also presented. Corresponding experiments were carried out by using this stamp. Kinds of nanostructures were transferred in one inch diameter area with good fidelity. The feature sizes of the structures were less than 100 nm. 2012 IEEE.

This paper presents the design and analysis of an axial flux permanent-magnet (AFPM) machine for nanosatellites application. It is a miniature axial flux surface mounted permanent magnet flywheel motor  using a printed circuit board (PCB) stator winding. The PCB stator has simplified the design and construction and avoids unnecessary space  since size reduction has become one of the most important aspects of flywheel motor design for nanosatellites. The performances of the machine are estimated by combination method of three-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic finite element analysis (FEA) and approximate theoretical analysis. The back EMF and electromagnetic torque are derived. A comparison between the analysis and experimental measurement results of the prototype machine is also presented. Both simulated and experimental results show that the proposed motor would be an acceptable solution for the nanosatellite applications with advantages such as simple structure and low-cost  as multi-layer circuit board production techniques have made the production of printed circuit coils cheaper and easier. 2012 IEEE.
