Air-bearing is a core component of air-bearing rotary stage. The weakness that the air-bearing has the low load capacity and stiffness has been concerned about by domestic and foreign scholars. So how to improve the load capacity and stiffness has become a serious problem. In order to improve the load capacity and stiffness of the air-bearing rotary stage  in this paper  we improved structure of Zhang Wenjie and others' high-precision direct-drive air-bearing rotary stage. The gas film of air-bearing has been meshed by GAMBIT software  and we use FLUENT software to obtain the carrying capacity features of the gas film. Finally  the structural static force of the precision air-bearing rotary stage will be analyzed by ANSYS software. The analysis results show that: the structural design of the precision air-bearing rotary stage is reasonable  and this structure can provide a larger range of loads. Even in heavy load conditions  a larger deformation will not occur any more. It has a good practical value  and also can be widely used in high precision equipments. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

Semi-physical simulation of attitude control system is the more synthetically test and verify for designing of small satellite control system. It is an important means of small satellite development. However  the results of current semi-physical simulation system have a lot of non-intuitive. Compare with the actual environment  the simulation environment still has striking disparity. So the shortcomings affect precision of simulation. Based on the virtual display technology  the group semi-physical simulation system has been constructed for attitude control of small satellite due to the combination with xPC real-time environment  the simulation computer  high-precision single-axis air-bearing turntable  reaction wheel  air thrust device  fiber gyroscopes  sensors synchronizer  power subsystem and wireless devices virtual display computer etc. Semi-physical simulation achieved the visual simulation in orbit and tracked new information of virtual environment of space into real-time simulation computer. Simulation results show that the simulation system for real-time attitude and orbit position of small satellite semi-physical simulation has an excellent display effect. At the same time  Real-time transfuse of orbit information provides a more accurate space environment simulation. The airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform should have the characteristics of high requirements for stability  tracking accuracy and lightweight. In order to verify the rationality of the main load-bearing structure  the inner-gimbal  finite element analysis was performed. Because of the poor working conditions of the airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform and the wide range of working temperature variation  -45 C 60 C  according to the actual working environment  air-resistance and temperature were added to the loads of the inner-gimbal in analysis. What's more  based on the analysis results  lightweight design was performed to the initial model and 64.37% of mass was decreased. The remarkable effect was obtained. This research is going to be instructive to design and production of the airborne opto-electronic stabilization platform in the future. 2011 IEEE.
