Interferometry is a very important method in high accuracy measurement for optical system. This article briefly introduced the conception of interferometry and took a product of 4D Technology as an example to carry on the measurement. A large-scale optic-electrical Theodolite in assemblage was measured
and its primary mirror was 400mm in diameter. With the analysis of the results
some micro adjustments of the mechanical structure proceed
and it made the system perform better. The final results of the whole system is 1.061 in P-V value and 0.1136 in RMS value (=632.8nm)
this meets the demand of optical design and practical application. The result demonstrates that interferometry is a good way to be utilized and optimize in the procedure of assemble. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

In order to reduce ring-liner interface friction power loss
this paper focuses on the structure parameters of the top ring
and investigates how the value of those parameters will influence top ring-liner friction power loss and the minimum thickness of oil film at top ring-liner interface. A mixed lubrication model is developed to simulate the effect of varying design parameters on ring-liner friction. Case study shows that ring-liner friction power loss will be reduced with decreased axial ring height and barrel height. This study provides a theoretical basis for design the top ring with reduced friction power loss at ring-liner interface. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

This paper introduces the design of temperature acquisition system which is based on the PXI-6251 DAQ device
thermocouple acquisition module SCXI-1102 and the LabVIEW program language of NI. The design of temperature collection software and the configuration of hardware are described in details. The software developed in LabVIEW program language can acquire temperature data rapidly
what's more
the acquired data can be displayed real timely and saved to the disk. It is proved that the system is easy to practical use and can extraction mean square value and mean value after gathering the stable high-speed temperature. The function can be extended according to the demands of users. 2012 IEEE.

Air-bearing is a core component of air-bearing rotary stage. The weakness that the air-bearing has the low load capacity and stiffness has been concerned about by domestic and foreign scholars. So how to improve the load capacity and stiffness has become a serious problem. In order to improve the load capacity and stiffness of the air-bearing rotary stage
in this paper
we improved structure of Zhang Wenjie and others' high-precision direct-drive air-bearing rotary stage. The gas film of air-bearing has been meshed by GAMBIT software
and we use FLUENT software to obtain the carrying capacity features of the gas film. Finally
the structural static force of the precision air-bearing rotary stage will be analyzed by ANSYS software. The analysis results show that: the structural design of the precision air-bearing rotary stage is reasonable
and this structure can provide a larger range of loads. Even in heavy load conditions
a larger deformation will not occur any more. It has a good practical value
and also can be widely used in high precision equipments. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.
